Lol - forgot he does the pre-school thing. Weekend was lovely - great to catch up with friends and have developed a new found food love in Yorkshire - Fat Rascals. Delish.

As for dh.............things ok, but he's not off the hook yet re my non exixtant birthday present!

Have some serious botterflies now. I'm the most nervous passenger around and I just know I'll scream if I manage to make the car move. I'm really wishing I hadn't booked this now. Catching the bus and walking everywhere isn't so bad.

Don't worry! It's just a question of getting used to driving. This time next year you'll be jumping in the car and driving off without even really thinking about it.

And I promise, you can't be worse at reversing round a corner than me. My driving instructor shouted at me - said "I cannot understand for the life of me how, when you see the kerb approaching, you continue to steer towards it!"

Nah, just had to do a reverse park and a 3-point turn on my test so the issue never arose
