we have a manual from NHBC, sort of loose leaf file with stuff about building regulations...told today that to buy one from them costs £850.00 !!!!!

I hope so! The architect told me today and I said ebay here I come, and he said he would buy it off us..don't know how much for but I shall be making sure it stays pristine! iF HE HADN'T BY CHANCE TOLD US WE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE CHUCKED IT OUT AT SOME PINT!

oh probably not as ours is current..we have "bought" it as part of having the nhbc insurance on the house we are building but we won't need it after
