we have a manual from NHBC, sort of loose leaf file with stuff about building regulations...told today that to buy one from them costs £850.00 !!!!!

Decided that getting decking laid outside is more expensive than I had imagined it would be. Only want something very simple and not big - 16 feet by 8 feet. Cheapest quote so far is over £1300!

My wedding on Saturday - it was perfect and I wanted nothing more - but i suspect it cost over 26K...god that woud have paid off a hugeee chuck of our morgage and replaced out leaking roof and crap rotting wondows but hey it was one of the best days of my life!
