Our third thread.....this mornings update is such a hopeful and positive one, it is showing just how wonderful and magical the power of love and prayer can be....it is helping Ailidh fight and showing Expat how loved and supported they are.

in case you missed it, this is precious Aillidhs update as of 11am.

Aillidh update: her CRP has dropped from 170 to 90! Her counts . . . are rising! Slight improvement in chest xray. Keep it coming, all, please keep it coming!!xxx

We will be lighting a candle for today, precious girl, keep fighting it, you have the might of MN behind you! XxXx

Hoping Aillidh has had a better night, and praying for good news. You're on my mind all the time, little girl xx

I think we have to be careful declaring the consultants know nothing. They are treating A with her best interests at heart, even if their words are hard to bear.

Oxygen sats of 60-70% are far, far too low. They must go up! Lord, breathe your air into A, because ours isn't doing enough.

May you give strength to expat and family.

Lougle l didnt understand all that 0 to 60 100% and 89% stuff on the last update - is that good or bad ?
I worked in a hospital for many years and did medical terminology but you wouldnt know and l agree with you about the consultants etc, they are wonderful and even when they are not telling peoples families what they want to hear, they absolutely love nothing more than being proven wrong and the odds that they give being blown out of the water.

Come on little girl, stay with us. x

I could not start the day without knowing how Aillidh was.May this be the day that she turnd the corner.

Mind, she is very ill. Even with the ventilator and very high oxygen she is not managing to get enough oxygen around her own body to keep her vital organs functioning. She is exhausted. As must be everyone else. Giraffe, can you use any of the PayPal to make things so you can be off work today?
