Hot Sex for dieters?!

This board is for lustful thoughts to take your mind off food!

One of the best sex scenes is the one in Top Gun with the music 'Take my breath away'. I particularly enjoyed Tom Cruise in this part of the film because...

It's no good, I still want choccy. Organic dark chocolate that just melts in the mouth...

er, sorry about that... back to lust - now where was I? Right, it's got to be knock your socks off stuff, none of your namby pamby love business.

Star - I insist you talk about sex whilst I go raid the fridge...!!

Oh Robinw - I was just about to say what an unbelievable life you lead, you saucy minx, but it's not real. Can't you change your nickname for the next instalment and pretend that it is real, to give us sad old housewives (well me anyway!) a frisson of excitement - the mind is willing even if the body isn't! Oh Kia luv, you've got too many foody sins in your house to tempt you, I know that if I had those cheese muffins in my house, I would eat them all too! When I went shopping the other day, I stocked up on supermarket's own version of 'milky-ways' which the kiddys are happy with, but do not satisfy my refined choccy tastes - I have a gin and slimline tonic instead - much better! Still sticking to slimfast, but after 3 days, it is getting rather boring!

Chanelno5, I like your philosophy: a g&t must be very low in calories if one uses slimline tonic (and much needed after a day of dieting)...

Going back to the theme of Kia's first post... and yes, organic dark chocolate does do it for me too(I've got a wonderful and easy chocolate mousse
recipe if anyones interested...probably a bad suggestion on this thread) Anyway, the scene in The English Patient when Ralph Fiennes is in the bath with Kristin Scott Thomas... MMmmmm

Chanelno5 · 16/11/2001 16:23

Winnie - I'd love your chocolate mousse recipe (as you may have gathered, the diet has gone horribly wrong!) then I can impress the MIL - I think she secretly wishes that I was more like Nigella Lawson!

Chanelno5, this recipe is so rich that only a small amount goes along way tastewise...

1/2 pt (300mls) single cream
7oz (200g) green and blacks maya gold choc
(or any good quality 70% cocoa choc & 1tbsp fav liquor)
1 free range egg

Put cream in saucepan and bring to the boil. Break choc into squares and put in blender. Add cream and process until smooth. Add egg and liquor and mix well. Pour into six ramekins and leave in fridge overnight to set.

Forgot to say Chanelno5, my dh calls me his 'domestic goddess'... I think the goddess bit is because my ample shape is similar to those of celtic goddess figures!

Thanks, Winnie, I'll enjoy making (and eating) that!

Robinw, glad to hear your heating is back on, as it has turned quite parky. So you've got your Kama Sutra book back out eh. I have to say, when I was a Saturday girl in WH Smith, we used to love skiving down to the basement to read that with the basement boys (that sounds like a boyband!). Our favourite read was The Joy of Sex though, that was absolutely hilarious, very dodgy drawings and all had the same beardy-wierdy bloke in and a woman with bright cerise pink nipples!

Do you know though, I think that the positions of the Kama Sutra are impossible for normal people, and especially for me now I'm knocking on a bit, I think that my back would totally seize up, and imagine the shame of having to call an ambulance when you're stuck like that.......
