There really is a pill here in the states that is like Viagra on prescription for Women. I forget what it is called. I have the opposite problem, so I am bad for advice here. If I had my sex drive stimulated any more, my DH might commit suicide! KS, I loved the roboot!

Theres a herbal 'viagra' for men and women called Multi Macca - based on a Peruvian Herb. Its also good for general stamina/balancing hormones so sounds perfect for mums! Conneely I think it's just a matter of time. It usually comes back eventually. I went through a good few years of not being bothered in the slightest about having sex, but it has come back. How old are your children? I think it takes a couple of years post birth before you get back to speed iyswim.

I was the same after having number 1. I had a 3rd degree tear, and it was really painful to have sex , really until her sister was born and I tore again. I think they stitched me wrong first time round. Ten months isn't that long imo, though it may feel like it. Best thing to do is to try not to worry and stress about it because it will only make you worse. Give it a bit more time.
