planning maybe to retrain as a teacher actually.
Is this a mad idea or what??

QueenOfQuotes · 26/09/2005 22:43

Ideally:

Get our finances back in order
Get the business fully up and running (and making money LOL)
Buy a bigger house
Have another baby

realistically:

Clear most of the debts
Get the business up and running properly
Get this house all 'done up' the way we want it

starlover · 26/09/2005 22:45

buy a house
have another baby (or 2!)
eventually train as a midwife (but possibly not before 2008 what with all the babies i'll be having)

dramaqueen72 · 26/09/2005 22:46

2008, wow, sounds v far off, and its not really is it? scary..........

have this baby, cope with this many children (its number four and frankly three have driven me to the ground today...)
take new course and achieve something I want. asap.
move house. much further from inlaws. (much much further........)
do up new house just right
feel content. that would be nice.

Work through the entire house, room by room, totally redecorating the lot.

Spend the next two years deciding what do for a career and re-training for it - evening college or something.

Getting fit.

Giving dh a kick up the backside so he pulls his weight round the house. Or kicking him out if he is still a lazy git.

Enjoying my life.

Watching my kids develop and grow. And leave home...eeek that's a possibility by 2008!!!

dramaqueen72 · 26/09/2005 22:52

i think we are all moving house in the next few years!

Skribble · 26/09/2005 22:56

I am identical to Qof Q apart from have another bay .

QueenOfQuotes · 26/09/2005 23:22

I doubt I'll get the 3rd baby. DH doesn't want anymore....but he seems to ahve forgotten about wanting to get the snip (hasn't mentioned it since DS2 was about 4 weeks old - and DS2 will be 2 in November) so still have a glimmer of hope

Skribble · 26/09/2005 23:31

I've got little chance of getting my business going so another baby would knock that on the head.

SleepyJess · 26/09/2005 23:32

I find it best not to make firm plans.. shit always happens and ruins them.

Am doing a degree though

QueenOfQuotes · 26/09/2005 23:33

our business is 'there' - just not doing very much (well actually nothing at the moment LOL).

Even if the business does pick up, I'm sure we'll soon (by the end of next year) have the finances in order again (or at least to the level to be able to afford another baby).

Skribble · 26/09/2005 23:35

I suppose my business is going but going nowhere at present. Trying out the stocking filler parties idea hopefully a couple of mums at DD's club are going to host one. My problem is I don't plan ahead.

QueenOfQuotes · 26/09/2005 23:37

sorry that should be even if the business "doesn't" pick up

mymama · 27/09/2005 01:11

QofQ I withheld the goods until my dh got the snip. It took him 9 months. I have 3 children though and I would rather cut off my right arm then go through 4th pregnancy/labour/babydom again.

katymac · 27/09/2005 01:14
