Moo - there is honestly nothing wrong with it - I posted it on LadyTophamHatt's thread the other day and there were only minor comments like 'move the rug out of the lounge'!! New kitchen, new bathroom, larger than average semi (3rd room a decent size, not a box room), walking distance to Metrolink, catchment for top schools (including state grammars)...It's a mystery to me!

Had quite a lot of viewings and a few 2nd viewings.

1st 2nd viewer (iykwim) went for the house almost identical a few doors down that had a small extension on the back but needed a lot of work doing.

2nd 2nd viewer loved it to bits and wanted it but couldn't convince her husband to spend to the top of their budget.

Fingers crossed for tonight - these people are in rented.

BIG vibes coming from me. I couldn't sell my house last year (hardly any viewings even) and now i've putit back on the market for good (and i haven't got one single viewing yet)

Oh hi! Don't know as agent did the viewing - probably won't hear till tomorrow. I'm not hopeful - nobody will ever buy it!

Have you got furniture in the house you don't live in? If you empty it all out, you get let off the council tax for 6 months.

Done that Lonelymum- moved out in Jan so just started paying again in July.
