Trying to found out if the child in need plan is Voluntary looking for answer have a phone call Monday with the worker. The Social are being difficulty to me, waiting on phones calls telling one thing then another thing. Have another meeting in 6 weeks time, can I give notice in the meeting with other professional or in written before the meeting, I only have two goals left to complete but not getting anything with the goals on or the minutes and I am doing what I am told and getting fed up know with the Social, there is a reason behind them being involved nothing to do with me, something happened at School.

There did a 45 assessment but want over by two days .

Any advice welcome.

Emmamoo89 I have a phone call Monday from the Social what should I do when there call us.

Just listen to what they have to say and try not to worry.

So this the the first CIN Plan review, after the initial CIN Pan was agreed on 17th Jan? Id suggest not to ask for closure at this point.

If you were 4-6 months in with significant progression, then it's not unusual for a family to request closure. Assuming you don't meet CP threshold (which you probably wouldn't after 4-6 months of positive progression), then given CIN is voluntary you will be able to withdraw consent.

But given you are so early in the Plan, withdrawing consent is likely to raise red flags and you may find your case going to CP conference - which isn't voluntary. I'd keep going - the CIN Plan is designed to help your family, you can have input into making it work. Use the opportunity to get all the help you can

Would May be a good idea asked for closure I have nothing to heard from the Social at all. I will go with them and follow what there say to me. The first assessment was 11th the 45 days.
