Nursery closed down for Easter

Is this normal?

DDs nursery closed last Wednesday and doesn't open again until next Monday which means DH and I are having to take time off work.

Surely a business should be able to stagger staffing to provide cover throughout the year (Christmas and New Year, I can kind of understand being closed).

I believe ours was shut from Good Friday until today - I think that's longer than they normally take at Easter, but they're using the opportunity to decorate a lot of the rooms.
