Support networks for autistic women?

I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD a year ago.

It has helped explain a lot of my life experiences. For example, I tend to get bullied everywhere I go.

I'm hoping to network/ get support from other autistic women to help me progrss in life. Are there any UK networks that provide this? I tried Reddit, but their groups for autistic women were full of men. Sad

If any of you are in Scotland Google swan : Scottish womens autism network. I highly recommend them. Not sure if there’s anything similar in England and Wales though.

There’s a Facebook group for adults with Asperger’s or high functioning autism. Males and females though.

you can search members on things in common e.g. location and if you’re brave enough, give a private message.

It’s the best I’ve found so far.

Im in north east, feel free to message me!! Would love to meet up with people like me.

I would love to meet people who understand me, and what it's like to struggle. Esp when u diagnosed late in life. I'm in the North east 😊
