Is this a ND thing?
When I come home I never take my coat off straight away. I will start doing stuff while knowing I should really take it off. Then I feel a bit of resistance to taking it off and think I'll just do one more thing and then take it off. One more thing easily turns into 5 more things.
I'm not sure why I have resistance to taking it off.
I know that I struggle with changes of temperature but I don't really see how this plays a part in that. It's obviously not a big deal just wondered if anyone else has this and weather you have tried to change it or not. I'd like to understand it a bit more.
