When the tables are turned and things dont look so good and you see fat Nigel Lawson sitting in the street with his bowler hat upside down on his head say to him...

Nigel how does it feel

to be on your own, with no direction home.

I love chocolate girl.
I have their greatest hits on my PC.

Pooter, I went on a date once with Greg Kane. About 20 years ago.

I spent a couple of evenings with Hipsway once.

I've never mentioned that before to anyone!

MrsMuddle - i was all set to be very jealous, then realised it was Pat Kane that i fancied! (so what happened then, was he nice? did he talk about his more attractive brother?)

BigGitDad · 14/03/2009 01:00

Digbity what a brilliant song

BigGitDad · 14/03/2009 01:00

Digbity!! Dignity I mean

MrsMuddle · 14/03/2009 11:51

Pooter, no - PK's chubbier, less articulate brother!

He was very nice, from what I remember. It was a long time ago, and he was interesting but quite serious. (Not about me - about what was happening in the world)

I saw Deacon Blue in Bristol in v late 80s when I was a student. (I am ver, ver old)

Oh how I loved them..........

I saw Deacon Blue at Motherwell Civic in 87, just after Dignity came out (the first time) they were the support to the Proclaimers, saw River Detectives at the Civic too.

Also shared a taxi home from the dancing with the first drummer from Texas, Stuart, when he still lived with his mum down the gas flats in Viewpark, but he was bapping on about not getting out much since being in "the band", didnt have a clue who he was till i saw the Sunday Mail the next day!

Squeaver think you just listed my record collection from the 80s/90s, with the exception of the Big Dish...anyone remember them?
