Is there anyone waiting for NCO audition results for projects/main this year?

I am normally a lurker, but as the decision is nearing I want to share the wait. My dd is a cellist and probably will miss on the projects programme again, but hey, I will be happy to hear any positive news from the others and maybe we all can share tips as to how to improve for next time.

Yes there were a good few 9 year olds last year. Quite a big age range but they all seemed to get on really well. They combined the academy and sinfonia orchestras last year

My daughter has got into U13 and I'm looking for where the residential/concert is at Easter. I can see the email about the summer. Thanks

There's a link on the acceptance email with it all on. But Easter is def Sherborne Girls for the week and then Bristol Beacon for the concert. My son's under 13 harp.

@chocolateisnecessary do you know if a whatsapp group exists for U12?

@Freshersfluforyou I don't. The U13 is the left over one from the U12 last year, but the NCO provided a link for an U12 one just before the first residential.

Sorry- late to the party! My daughter got in Nationals U13s low brass. She did U12s last year and is very excited to see many of her friends again this year. As Northerners it’s nice to see some venues nearer to home as well 😉
