Here we are, a week after Prince suddenly passed away. This is a thread to grieve, share your memories, thoughts, stories, videos and songs.

I watched the BAFTAS last night and although Prince wasn't mentioned I was very sad seeing how many pp had died. It def feels like it's speeding up at the moment compared to a few years ago. Obvs Prince died way too much ( and we still don't know why ), but this has been the worse year yet.

Am so confused with all the name changes, I don't know who anyone is right now!!! 🙎

I wanted to get a photo of Prince for my phone case but they only do it in pink not purple!

Oh my god there are some fabulous pictures on that thread destiny...those eyes!!!

I just get lost in his eyes, so beautiful! Gotta get to bed but finding it difficult dragging myself away from all the pics and clips that I'm catching up on.

It's his eyes that get me too. His eyes are the definition of come to bed eyes. Can you imagine getting caught in his gaze? It would be like the Death Star tractor beam - you ain't escaping that once it locked on!

I find it hard to understand how someone who looked so energised & full of life can be gone. Looking at all the photos & video clips, it seems so surreal to think he's died. I don't think my brain is accepting this as fact because he didn't even seem to age.

Morning! Catching up on the clips too. Red thanks for sharing the date clip, so lovely. That poor/lucky girl looked completely overwhelmed and he's so sweet with her. Such a kind guy.

Also each just wanted to say I was the same last week - couldn't listen to anything or watch anything without blubbing and then I turned a corner on Friday - the sun was out and I had a hour to myself so put on my headphones and listened and just enjoyed the music and now I'm in a place where I can do that which is great, so you will get there don't put pressure on yourself, we all deal in different ways...I also don't feel like I want to get a grip anymore, I'm loving this renewed obsession and as butters says I'll 'mourn' for as long as I want :-)
