I randomly stumbled across someone discussing this on here so I did alot of research and the findings have actually been quite shocking, it would seem tha a lot of celebs beyonce rhianna and jay z all seem to openly worship, from their hand gestures to what they wear etc.

I am fully aware this sounds totally bizarre and I assure you I am not insane, but have a Google and post your feed back. (can't do links as I'm on mobile) :)

So, in simple language, what do you envisage happening in the future should this be fact?

nenevomito · 19/03/2011 20:59

claig - I have read the whole thread.

You've not explained throughout the thread what the supposed intention of the messages that you can see are. In fact even on this page of the thread you've said that you don't know what Satanists do.

So here you go. Straight question. When you said above "They have more plans for you" can you elaborate what these plans are?

You are either...

a) Taking the piss yourself by pretending to believe in this guff and arguing it for fun.
b) Not taking the piss, believe what you are saying, and unable to see that you have consistantly failed construct a valid argument to back up your point.**
c) a hairy handed goat muncher.

Whichever it is, its great saturday night entertainment.

** The argument "I think that they are showing satanic symbols therefore they are trying to do something bad to us" is not a rational valid argument.

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 19/03/2011 21:00

They can only be promoting satan if they believe in satan. They may, like me, believe that the devils horns hand gesture simply means "Rock on".

Obviously, you can't be proved right until the satanists take over the world and considering that hasn't happened yet, I'm obviously right.

Once it happens I'll gladly eat my humble pie, which luckily will be nice and hot in that new hell on earth-world Grin.

claig · 19/03/2011 21:01

TheHeathen, I have explained that their intent is to undermine us, the ordinary people, and our values. To destroy our values and beliefs and to defile us. Their message is of evil, death, destruction, blood, violent video games, mutilating horror movies, death metal, satanism etc. They await the pale horse and gleefully tell us that we are responsible for the destruction of the planet, that it is us who by being born are making "man-made" global warming which will lead to the destruction of the dung beetle. They are telling us that the problem is us humans. They are destroying our morals and putting Satan in our faces, ready for the day of the pale horse.

LetThereBeRock · 19/03/2011 21:03

'One is a genius, the other's insane...'

They're labatory mice.
Their genes have been spliced
They're dinky
They're Pinky and the...

I'm going to have that song stuck in my head all night now.

nenevomito · 19/03/2011 21:04

ahh, it was a).

Good oh.

bigbeagleeyes · 19/03/2011 21:07

I'm hoping that this is a piss take - supermoon anyone?
If not it's all a bit worrying that anybody can be taken in by this crap.

MrsKarwash · 19/03/2011 21:07

I have spent the last 20 minutes watching youtube researching this subject as I clearly have nothing better to do and rarely get the laptop to myself in the evening.

Have enjoyed this thread Loopy very entertaining. I am in awe of some of the posters who manage to argue coherently and logically in the face of such bizzare ideas.

Thankyou, keep up the good work Shiny Heathen and Rock, and many others, I am here lurking and silently supporting you.

nenevomito · 19/03/2011 21:08

LetThereBeRock

I know all of that song.

Before each night is done
Their plan will be unfurled
By the dawning of the sun
they'll take over the world.

It wasn't an Intro, it was a prophecy.

AttillaTheMum · 19/03/2011 21:08

A genuine question -

To the people who think this is a crock, why does it antagonise / needle you that others believe it?

If I think someone is being silly I ignore them, I'm honestly curious as to why you don't?

Virgowoo · 19/03/2011 21:08

Just popped in to see if anyone had come to their senses in the face of rational argument...clearly not.

Good to see there is a wealth of right thinking individuals keeping our end up.

Right, will be watching Al Jazeera for the rest of the evening and feeling bad for people who have cruise missiles falling all over.

pinkfluffyprincess · 19/03/2011 21:09

How come people who have seen ghosts on the spooky thread don't get this shit? Ghosts are accepted, nobody gets called deluded etc. And they cannot be seen, these images can, yet we are deluded. Please

LetThereBeRock · 19/03/2011 21:09

There'll be defiling? That sounds promising. It's been a while since I had a good defiling. The pale horse sounds decidedly less promising, rather meh actually. I was hoping for something like The technicoloured nine headed, four arsed hellbeast of awesomeness. That might be worth the wait.

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 19/03/2011 21:10
is truly all we have to be worried about.
MrsKarwash · 19/03/2011 21:10

Oh and Babyheave you put it so well !

LetThereBeRock · 19/03/2011 21:10

'How come people who have seen ghosts on the spooky thread don't get this shit? Ghosts are accepted, nobody gets called deluded etc. And they cannot be seen, these images can, yet we are deluded. Please'

I think they're bonkers too FWIW,and I've said as much on other threads. We have a spooky thread every few weeks, and it does become rather tedious,so I tend to avoid them now.

pinkfluffyprincess · 19/03/2011 21:11

What rational argument? All I can see is people denying what is going on right under their noses.

pinkfluffyprincess · 19/03/2011 21:11

I'll let you off that one then

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 19/03/2011 21:12

Atilla I do it because they're funny.

Though not nearly as funny as lot.

AttillaTheMum · 19/03/2011 21:12

FWIW, regarding my previous comment, I am in agreement with pinkfluffyprincess

TheHeathenOfSuburbia · 19/03/2011 21:13

Oh yes, claig, sorry, you did say that. Since it made no sense at all, I kind of dismissed it as hyperbolic rambling. My apologies.

It still doesn't explain why They want to, y'know, defile you and that.

Attilathemum - I think this explains it best. That and DH is watching the rugby so I'm missing CSI, and have to vent somewhere....

winnybella · 19/03/2011 21:13

Sign of the horns has quite a few meanings and originally has been used to ward off evil, NOT to worship the devil.

Has any of you actually researched the meaning/history of it?

The video loopy linked to is ridiculous. Showing of MJ's Thriller during a posthumous tribute at MVA- oooooh, worshipping of the Satan. Kanye West's bizarre outburst-free masonic initiation ceremony.Becaue he cannot just be a strange human being, can he? Hmm

Can't you see, claig et al, that you're just taking some random occurences and trying to fit them into this deluded theory of yours?

nenevomito · 19/03/2011 21:13

Attilla - I'm not antagonised or needled. I'm amused.

I think if you are going to hold a belief that the management companies of contemporary pop stars are trying to push satanic symbols in the performances of their "talent" that you should be able to stand people challenging your views.

pinkfluffyprincess · 19/03/2011 21:13

Again, the word bizarre. So why are the images there then?!
(bashes head into brick wall not because of lunacy but through sheer frustration)

AttillaTheMum · 19/03/2011 21:14

I just wonder why it bothers people so much when they disagree. If someone told me they were abducted by aliens I would just nod then roll my eyes when they weren't looking
