This survey is open to all UK Mumsnet users and is being run in partnership with Ann Summers to better understand the sex lives of women and parents.
We know not everyone will feel comfortable talking about sex. Rest assured that where we collect your email address, this is for the purpose of the prize draw only. We will only share any of the data collected within this survey in aggregate (eg 70% of respondents were married), or, if you share any typed responses, anonymously.
All who complete the survey will receive an entry into our monthly prize draw where 3 Mumsnet users will win a £150 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).
