This activity is now closed

We were asked by the team at LUNA go to find 25 MNers from the MN panel to try their facial brush - “the facial brush & anti-aging device for wherever life takes you” - here’s what they found…!

They say “the LUNA go facial brush is the perfect travel-friendly beauty companion for your busy lifestyle! With its compact size and T-Sonic™ technology, you can enjoy a full skincare routine anywhere, without compromise”. RRP £85

More info see here

Non testers - we have two LUNA Minis, RRP £85 each to be won - LUNA say using the “Luna mini for just 1 minute twice a day will visibly improve your complexion in 3 days” so we’d like to know what else can you achieve in 1 minute - for example, can you empty the dishwasher, do 50 pelvic floor squeezes or some essential admin? Share on this thread and you will be entered into a prize draw to win one Smile.

Testers - please share your responses to the following questions:

  1. Had you used a facial brush before? Which one and how did you find it?
  2. What are your initial thoughts on the packaging, instructions?
  3. Do you like the design of the brush?
  4. How gentle was it on your skin?
  5. How clean did your face feel after the use?
  6. How easy was it to use this product in your routine?
  7. How easy is it to carry?
  8. Would you recommend the LUNA go facial brush?

All selected testers who share feedback on this thread will be entered into a prize draw where one tester will win a £100 John Lewis voucher.

Thanks

Non tester - i can just about manage to slap a bit of concealer on to hide the awful dark circles under my eyes! Is that the true way of telling you're a Mum and always tired...

Sid98 · 04/09/2017 06:35

Non testers

NerrSnerr · 04/09/2017 06:47

In a minute I can make a ham sandwich. It is our go to meal for the 3 year old if we have to go somewhere quick and she needs lunch or if she just won't eat anything else.

Theoldwaysareback · 04/09/2017 07:42

I can do many, many things in a minute, but as a mum of 3, rarely are any of those things for me!

Dancinginthemidnight · 04/09/2017 08:03

Non tester I've just loaded the washing machine and cleared the breakfast table while waiting for the kettle to boil.

emzlovesyou · 04/09/2017 08:26

Funkyferret · 04/09/2017 21:51

Non-tester: Ball up a dry washload of socks - the fact I throw them all in the wash basket, zip up the stairs with them and do it when I need to pop into the loo is just too much information!

Whatawaytomakealiving · 04/09/2017 21:52

Non tester. As the owner of another brand of facial brush, which I agonised over buying and then don't really use, I intended to use my minute to read the testers' reviews and make a decision about a new brush... have read the reviews,my one minute used....

plus another 15 or so!

pongopig · 04/09/2017 22:19

giddyypixie · 05/09/2017 11:05

In one minute, I can chuck cereal in a bowl, make a cup of coffee and pack the our lunches for work! Not bad for sixty seconds :)

Well I was absolutely delighted to have been chosen to test this! And all I can say is wow! I noticed a difference immediately, my skin felt beautifully soft and so clean without being dry!

  1. Had you used a facial brush before? I had never used a facial brush before, but I have always been intrigued, although I doubted they would even work!
  1. What are your initial thoughts on the packaging, instructions? The instructions it comes with are quite straight forward, but as this is a travel product - it's the minimum. It clearly states that you can go online to get more detailed instructions, which I did, just to make sure!
  2. Do you like the design of the brush? I really liked the design of the brush, it feels sturdy and it's much smaller than all the others on the market!
  3. How gentle was it on your skin? Very gentle indeed! I didn't think it would be very effective as it was being so gentle!
  4. How clean did your face feel after the use? My face felt amazing after the first use, and continues to feel incredible every day! My spot breakouts have even calmed down - I still get them, but with all the gentle cleansing, they don't get so horrible and they just fade away without getting all red and sore!
  5. How easy was it to use this product in your routine?Super easy! I just use it every morning in the shower and then every evening before bed!
  6. How easy is it to carry? Really easy - infact you can forget you have it, it's so small and light! I've taken it abroad with me and it's fine to take in your hand luggage!
  7. Would you recommend the LUNA go facial brush?Absolutely! It's changed my skin massively, make up even looks better as my skin is in a really good condition for the first time since I was a baby!!
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to test this - I absolutely LOVE it!
Belmo · 05/09/2017 14:47

Interesting to see this as I bought a generic cheap one last week and it's crap. That will teach me to buy cheap.
