I love how you have genuinely tried to help people to cook and eat better. Very inspiring. Have bought your books and enjoyed making recipes from them. Basically, am a fan! So it was such a disappointment to go to your restaurant in Birmingham and have one of the worst meals I've ever had! It was a shrivelled up pork chop surrounded by a few measly dabs of sad looking vegetables. And it was £15!! I would not go back to your restaurants I'm afraid, do you have any quality control in them...?

Inigo, I go quite frequently to the Brum restaurant, and have never had a bad dish there, hopefully it was just a one off?

Aren't lots of the restaurants franchises and that's why it's so patchy? I've been to the ones in Brighton, that new shopping centre by at Paul's and Bali and the food has been average to good. But never worth the price. It's ok value if you get a 2 for 1 deal.

Green lentils -bought in error and skulking in the cupboard for ages

What time make that would suit a family with 3 under 7s? Was thinking of a lentil and sausage thing but how I to make it vv tasty?
