I've read that Dr. Chris van Tulleken and Dr. Xand van Tulleken are twin brothers - what rubbish. They met at med school and thought "we can scam people as we look so alike" and have made a career out of it!

And then they co-opted some random BAFTA winning film director to pretend to be their baby brother.

Unbelievable.
