This one is still going, but please include it when it finishes:

Southeastastra's thread

littletownofmeglethem · 19/12/2008 14:42

RustyBear · 29/12/2008 14:42

This one is great - and it has a happy ending!

VirginBoffinMum · 29/12/2008 14:53

The Nativity thread is pretty funny.

whomovedmychocolate · 29/12/2008 14:55

Can my 'funniest bits of childbirth' go in please?

MrsSeanBeanHasGivenUpIroning · 28/01/2009 22:02

This thread was very funny and a couple of people thought it should be included in classics.

oneyummymummy · 29/01/2009 15:31

Oi
I have asked and asked and asked
Pretty please....

CherryChoc · 02/02/2009 19:37

Can the "completing short thread titles" be in mn classics? It's hilarious.

onebatmother · 02/02/2009 21:06

Might I second LadyGlencora?

You've got to get a little way down the thread before the fabulousness really kicks in, but when it does, it does. You'd be surprised at how many G Heyer fans there are here..

LadyGlencoraPalliser · 02/02/2009 21:26

Lud, MrsBat, twas monstrous diverting to be sure. Were your stolen letters ever returned?

onebatmother · 07/02/2009 14:34

I'faith they were not, Ladyglencora. I fear, in the absence of some venturesome buck to restore them to me, I will once again be dining nightly on boiled knuckle of veal and pig's head!

RustyBear · 13/02/2009 22:33

Has anyone nominated Kev the Builder for lasting fame yet?

RustyBunny · 10/04/2009 22:12

Am I the only one who uses this thread?

Anyway, I'd like to nominate the penguin thread Part 1 and Part 2

BananaFruitBunny · 10/04/2009 22:15

I'd like to 2nd RustyBunny please. It's fab.

redsky · 10/04/2009 23:18

Does anyone remember a thread about Christmas presents from MILs - one poor mumsnetter got 37 yards of knicker elastic!

MrsGokWan · 10/04/2009 23:30

I agree wit RustyBunny too. The penguin threads are definatly a classic and should be honoured with a place.

Alibabaandthe40bunnies · 10/04/2009 23:47

Another vote for the penguin threads, they are fabulous!

BillSilverFoxBuchanan · 10/04/2009 23:56

As above, another nomination for the penguin threads.

allthetwinklystars · 11/04/2009 00:35

Penguins ppppplease...

Jackbunnysmama · 11/04/2009 00:59
