… and so over the next few days I'll be bringing you some scenes of a Playmobil Pandemic.

People are allowed out for exercise, but must practise social distancing. Janice and Preston are both out for a run but are making sure they don't get too close.

"Clyde Crumblehead" Grin - you must have so much fun making up the names, Bits, and with a name like that he was never going to be an upstanding member of society, was he? Now "Norman", tho., you know where you are with a Norman.

Horsemad · 25/04/2020 10:04

That Clive Crumblehead is a bad 'un!

Pasghetti · 25/04/2020 10:08

Just spotted this thread! Hurrah!

petalpower · 25/04/2020 10:33

I don’t think Clyde Crumblehead is part of Jack Jellyhead’s gang of ne’er do wells but it sounds like he could be with a name like that! Are Ian and Tom still in custody too?

SoMuchToBits · 25/04/2020 11:09

Not sure what's up with Ian and Tom, will have to check with the police! Wink

Clyde Crumblehead lives on the Isle of Browne, so doesn't usually hang around with Jack and his gang. They live in Ruggington, although they seem to have been committing a lot of crime in Lowbeach-on-Sea lately...

More crime in Playmoland Shock

Mmm are the police investigating further as to why the jet ski was stolen ? Could this have been a diversion tactic ?

Something isn’t quite adding up Confused

One hope it’s just down to boredom

SoMuchToBits · 25/04/2020 11:32

*More crime in Playmoland?"

Sorry! We do have rather a lot of police sets and it seems a shame not to use them.

I was secretly hoping it would become something like The Wire plot

Without the violence of course Smile

pussycatinboots · 25/04/2020 13:17

Playmo Crimewatch edition?
to address the recent increase in crime during strict lockdown conditions.
There'll have to be a press conference...

SoMuchToBits · 25/04/2020 20:26

Oh no, not another press conference! Grin

Has Playmoland got a Home Secretary?

FlatPeach · 25/04/2020 20:39

Ah I love your threads SoMuchToBits they're good for the soul, can't believe I missed this edition til now

My DD is 3.5 and far too ham fisted to use Playmobil 'properly' yet but I take great joy in setting them up in scenarios when she's asleep Grin

SoMuchToBits · 25/04/2020 21:08

I believe the Home Secretary was Bossy Ross last time I looked...

Maybe you need a Cabinet meeting - and a reshuffle?

Muminabun · 25/04/2020 21:23

Brilliant op, the narration, staging and set pieces, even the lighting. You are very talented.

SoMuchToBits · 25/04/2020 22:22

Thank you, but I'm PMSL about the lighting! I use the natural lighting in the room and if that's not enough the flash on the (cheap point and shoot) camera goes off! Nothing sophisticated I'm afraid...

Also, tomorrow's photos might arrive quite late. As I haven't set up or photographed any yet! But will see what I can rustle up...

I just have to go and help ds take the sun roof off his car. Then I'll get down to some Playmobiling. I'll post a bit later...

I know your DS is grown up now but am I the only one thinking of the two of you sitting on the floor taking a tiny plastic sunroof off a tiny Playmo car? Grin

petalpower · 26/04/2020 13:56

That made me laugh CatkinToadflax!
