I used to think that I was a good writer. But, since joining MN, I have to face the sad realisation that this is untrue. If I comment on a thread, it dies, and if I start a thread, no one answers! I give up. I know I am a good reader, I will stick to that from now on....

I've been on MN since about June last year and I regularly kill threads or have nobody respond to ones I start.

I've recently discovered however, how to check the most up to date threads and have discovered the Classics thread so have worked out some of the in-jokes.
