Of Feck - Just found out I am pregnant with triplets...

I have just found out I am pregnant with triplets. I just don?t know what to do. We have no room for 1 baby let alone 3.

I hate being pregnant. How will I cope being pregnant with 3?

How will I cope with 3 newborns - 3 babies that will all need love? 3 babies that will all need feeding?

WAC - I don't have any advice for you as I have never been in this situation. Hopefully someone will be along soon who has. I'm sure you will easily be able to love three babies, just as you would have loved one. The logistics of caring for them will take some getting used to, but with orgainisation and support, you'll get there. It must be a shock, but is it OK to congratulate you?

congratulations. iirc there is one poster on here with triplets and many with twins. You might find it useful to look at tamba website for advice/how to get in touch with others who have been in a similar situation.

Congratulations! Must be a huge shock for you right now, but I am sure with some support and advice you'll cope. Do you have any other children?

oh, that sounds really hard. You can join a local multiple birth group that may really help, try googling TAMBA. Also you can contact local colleges that offer childcare courses. The courses all involve a practical element so they will help you with free student help. I just had one baby (my second) and got three day's help a week for nothing. I can totally understand your trepidation - I'd feel shocked in your place and I'm sure it won't be easy. Now, there is someone who has written a book about triplets - Jackie Clune. If you go to Amazon and do a search, her book might be useful to you. She already had a daughter who wasn't quite two when she had her triplets and I think it was daunting but she's ever the most tricky time now, and they are all very beautiful and lovely children. I wish you lots of luck. In some ways I'm envious!

gosh - i think i should be feeling like a fool - and feeling angry right now - that i bothered to congratulate you and bump your thread.

but i dont becuase i acted properly and you are taking advantage of niceness.
