By the way, i love oystersSmile tried to get to the Colchester oyster festival this year, but didnt make it. DH and boys think they are gross, along with my pickled herring, cockles, stilton cheese and olives Grin Grin
Be glad to get away with you girls, as I have all three males in this house squabbling like 5yr oldsConfused

I saw estars news, its so not fair, haven't that family been through enoughSad Sad

soks- wish we could help more, you have too much on your plate at the moment.

Well, we have a fence,a new oil tank (hot water & heating this weekend, woohoo!!), and insurance have said to go ahead with quotes for shed, workshop, windows, conservatory, soffits and gutters. I have also sent in the list of items lost, along with replacement costs. They seem to have accepted everything so far, so really pleased that despite a few minor hiccups, there are no major problems. Everyone seems surprised it is geting sorted by the underwriters so quickly and smoothly, especially as next foor has only just got his loss adjusters 1st visit!

MultipleMama · 21/09/2013 00:26

You'll have to travel without me; I am knackered! Kids slept the whole flights except to feed so only had BH to contend with!

So great to hug my kids again and DH. I never realised how much I missed my own bed! :)

Morning girls xx Wanted so much to have a lie in.....Danny texted me at 'stupid o'clock' to ask if we still had a massive box of Lego because Lew wants it!!! I havent replied yet!!! Thought that 7am was too early for swearing.

AND Danny volunteered to take my parents shopping.....then rang me and said 'Please can you come Mum, not sure if I can handle both of them in Tesco's!' Hmm

Chopstheduck · 21/09/2013 10:52

I meant to take an egg to death valley and I forgot!

Sorry to hear you are still having such a rough time, soks :)

Sorry Shabs but that did make me smile a little!

Where next then? Napa valley, a nice spa and wine tasting? (Cider for Shabs!)

MultipleMama · 21/09/2013 19:51

Haha, Shabs, that made me chuckle.

Some of the presents we posted have arrived and A is so happy with Russian toys and dolls. K loves his Soviet Moon Robot.

Wish thesw BH would stop though. Urgh.

triplets · 22/09/2013 22:50

and good evening! Awful quiet.................where are you all?? Feeling shattered, after losing 2 hours sleep we went to my nieces baby`s first birthday party this afternoon, alcohol on a Sunday afternoon is fatal. Made myself stay awake for Downton.......you can tell its Autumn when the big series return. Night night all xx

MultipleMama · 22/09/2013 23:00

Evening ladies. Today has been spent watching DH pack the hospital bags and boxing stuff to be taken to the new house . All exciting stuff, who knew watching DH work would be tiring!

Was talking to my MIL and she has told me that she's had FIL putting up the wallpaper in the nurseries and kids' rooms. Can't wait to be surprised (even though I chose the paint and paper).

These BH are starting to annoy me now. They're getting stronger and then stopping for a few hours then starting again. Only thing that helps is a bath, may as well stay there.

Hope your Niece had a lovely birthday, Trips. I watched Downton but couldn't get into it!

Night lovelies. x

MultipleMama · 23/09/2013 10:46

So... guess who went into preterm labor this morning... Those weren't BH I was having last night but contractions around 7am they were 4mins apart and I'm 2cm dilated. Been on Mag since 8.30am and seems to be working but holy crap the stuff is awful. My head hurts and I'm slurring!

Chopstheduck · 23/09/2013 11:34

eek! Hope you are doing ok now MM. xxx

MultipleMama · 23/09/2013 21:29

I'm okay. Unable to sleep due to feeling flustered and my mouth is dry. Contractions have stopped so hoping they hold out for a couple more weeks!

Night everyone x

triplets · 24/09/2013 00:01

Evening.............Mama hope you are now asleep.
Well its been a funny day here. Today is our 35th wedding anniversary, I know I was a child bride :o We went to Canterbury and had tea for two and did some shopping, early Christmas stuff. The sun came out and it was hot, really lovely. Got home at 2pm to find a message from school to say Thomas was not well he was very pale and could we collect him. I went instantly into panic mode as the year before Matthew died I had two messages with the same message saying he was very pale and feeling ill. I rang the school and they said he had been collected by his father!! I was so upset, said his father was with me, where was Thomas, was he alright. She said then she thought he had probably gone back to his class, said she couldnt phone us as she had no emergency numbers for us. I was really upset, said she had our mobiles and two of my brothers numbers then I ended up in tears and said how a call like that frightened me because of Matthew. She said the school were unaware about Matthew and my concerns about these three, it then turns out that hey also didnt know about their Dads illness. The schools merged but my three have been in that school for 4 years, they were fully aware of our family situation, its really not good enough. I am still feeling shaky now, it just brought back the 2nd June 1994 in an instant. Then three more things happened, too long a story................what a day. Night all xx

shabbatheGreek · 24/09/2013 00:15

Know exactly those awful emotions in a situation like that Trips. Happy Anniversary love - it was our 35th in March!!
