Well, we arrived to a not very clean villa, table and dishes were disgusting, fag ends, bbq coals all over patio, things missing, lamps, glases etc etc. Went to guest services and complained that I had wasted my early arrival time by cleaning dishes before we could have a cuppa etc. Told it would be sorted, cycled back and found an apology and a bottle of red and a gift pack of jams. Next day my b/day, still items not replaced, still fag ends out the back, taps dripping, and to boot a mouse in the house! So back to the desk and asked to speak to a manager, was ushered into his office and told him how very disappointed we were, my b/day poorly husband etc, was told it would be sorted. Back to the villa, to find a bottle of champagne a b/day card from the manager and a box of jams, and mouse traps everywhere!Weds, day 3, now the sauna isnt working properly and nor is the hydrotherapy bath, mouse still in house so back to manager. He was so apologetic said he couldnt move us as the parc was full, but would I like complimentary use of Aqua Sana Spa..........would I :). ok I said but my husband was also looking forward to the sauna etc as he is recovering from chemo. Ok he said both of you go and enjoy it, is there anything else I can do to make your visit more enjoyable? How would you and your family like a meal on us to celebrate your b/day? I will leave a £100 worth of vouchers at the desk for you to spend on anything you like:):):):). So in the end we didnt spend them but have kept them towards the cost of another break! Did we do well?? Must say the spa was absolute bliss, loved it. Just wish we could afford to go in the school hols, cant take the kids out of school anymore this school year. Right, spose I had better get up, back to normal.
