Trips - I wish the cervical cancer jab was around when I was Becca's age. There are NO symptoms with it - at least I didn't have any, either time. I was at stage 4 both times without even knowing I had anything wrong!! Have had two cone biopsies and laser treatment etc etc so I think if it does come back again it will be a full hysterectomy. I haven't got any spare time for that Grin!!!

Tom is........just Tom. So moody, so up and down. I feel like screaming at him but do a lot of walking away and deep breathing. Before we know what is happening our four will be celebrating their 18th birthdays and will have, hopefully, got through these horrible teenage years xxx

You have to really sing the chorus with attitude, loudly and as if you mean it!!! I am a reasonable singer when very drunk Grin

shabbapinkfrog · 17/03/2011 22:11

Bet you will never guess which ginger pig it reminds me of Grin except he is on his third marriage so would have to change the lyrics slightly!!

Trips - is everything OK love? xx

triplets · 18/03/2011 14:44

Hi...........sorry not to have let you know sooner, had too much to drik last night and fell asleep with the lap-top! Well........mixed news. The bowel/liver/lung are all clear, but the ct has shown 2 enlarged lymph glands in his chest. Two possibilities, one is cancer, the other is caused by the recent lung surgery. It couldnt be a clear all clear could it? So he had to go for blood test this morning, next Thurs the team from Kings will be down and they will look at the scan and decide what to do. He may need a pet scan. She said that lymph nodes in the chest are not easily removed, he may have to go back on chemo. So......it could have been worse..........the day was agony, appt wasnt until 5pm, got in at 5.40pm and out by 6pm.Had to take the kids with us as my brother was too ill to have them, that didn`t help. So came home and had 3 glasses of wine, felt mentally drained, those days are killers. Feeling better today and am looking forward to a few days away next week!

Curious to know who our visitor is?????

shabbapinkfrog · 18/03/2011 14:57

Oh my word Trips I was starting to really worry. Just re-reading and I think, if I was you, I would be really happy about a massive part of the results.....and just a little concerned about the bad bits. I think they are a result of his recent surgery.

All will be well darling, all WILL be well xxxx
