Im back and can see Ive been missedHmm Well only left home at 7.15am y/dayand back at 8.30pm tonight. Had a fantastic day at Chelsea yesterday, it was amazing, and the weather was gorgeous, so much to see and take in, brilliant. The day was then spoilt by H having his wallet nicked from his rucksack on the tube, all our money, credit cards etc, train tickets gone :( Spent a lovely hour in Waterloo Police Station), put him in such a down mood. Cheered up today by seeing Les Mis, luckily our tickets were in the hotel. It was an amazing experience, beautiful, beautiful music, haunting, can`t get it out of my head. Not really sure if H truly enjoyed it all, before the wallet went he was walking arms folded, uptight, like a fish out of water. This was his belated b/day surprise, I tried..............so back home broke, another cold sore thru stress, and blisters on both feet, house a mess, but kids glad to see me:) xx

Morning girls xx

Oh Trips thats bloody awful...I hope that the thiefs 'bits' drop off.

Apart from that horrible experience I am glad that you enjoyed yourself.

What is it with these husbands??? On Monday night Manchester City had a celebration parade. The open topped bus, players and the FA cup went through the centre of Manchester and there was 100,000 fans lining the streets. I really, really wanted to take Tom to see it. I used to work in Manchester city centre so I knew exactly where the route of the bus was. I said to DH that it would be so much fun. Said that we should take Tom but not to tell him so that it would be a suprise.

We didn't go! It would have been too busy, too hard to get into town, to expensive on the bus, difficult to get home afterwards etc etc etc etc....miserable git that he is!! (They were HIS reasons, certainly NOT mine)

TheVisitor · 26/05/2011 11:51

Should have gone without him, Shabba! Trips, I bloody hate thieves, makes me want to chop their bloody fingers off.

triplets · 26/05/2011 13:07

Whole morning spent sorting out lost cards etc, even dvla want £20 to replace his license!!! Got horrible cold sore, second in a month, feel a mess, look a mess and now got dentist aghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

TheVisitor · 26/05/2011 13:41

Trips, the doc should give you oral medication for your coldsore. When I get a run of them, I get the antivirals and they work quite quickly. Topical stuff does nowt.

triplets · 26/05/2011 22:02

I didnt know I could get a med for them, I hate the things. Mine are def triggered by stress, though have been pretty good the last few years. Damn things leave little marks, make you feel awful dont they. What is the name of the med Visitor? Btw can you change your name , cos you have become one of us, makes you sound like an outsider:) Just scoffed a bowlful of our first strawberries from the allotment....................I`ll bring some tomorrow for you all:)

triplets · 27/05/2011 06:20

Morning.................up with the black clouds, I know we needed the rain but I miss the sunny mornings! No baby birds to watch either, hate crows now............feeling abit fed up, H getting more and more edgy as scan time approaches, kids off soon for another week, house full of their friends I expect. Whats everyone up to for half term?

shabbapinkfrog · 27/05/2011 06:43

Morning girls xx

Tom finishes today for a week Trips - sure they have only just gone back to school after all the Bank holidays!!! We are up to.....nothing at all by the looks of it!!! It has been cold, wet and windy up here for about the last 10 days - really sick of it now.

TheVisitor · 27/05/2011 12:13

Morning! I have been thinking about a name change, but not sure what to use. Grin The tablets are called aciclovir or summat like that. It's the same stuff as zovirax but in tablet form. You take 5 a day for 7 days. I'm going shopping in Stockport shortly with a friend. Not done girly shopping for a long time. Grin

Mabelface · 27/05/2011 12:55

Is this a better name then? Grin

shabbapinkfrog · 27/05/2011 13:13

Oooohhh Madlizzy - so you are not very far from me then!!
