Have been 'bunting' making all day Can hardly move my wrists now....cutting out, sewing .............

DH 'may' have some work at the pub he used to work in. They have asked him to go in and see them tonight. IF he gets a couple of nights per week we MAY be able to have the last week in August in Fali. However, I am not holding my breath but am keeping my fingers firmly crossed.

I just cooked a big gammon joint. Took it out of the oven just as the new TV series Marshlands finished. I left it cooling on top of the cooker on the baking tray. Was just talking to Tommy about the tricks Matty has played on me in the past. As we were talking to each other in the kitchen the piece of gammon fell off the tray and onto the floor. It CANT have done, it was NOT possible. Thanks a lot Matty for freaking us out!

Still playing tricks on you Shabs, he can hear you!!!!!!!!!!!! Shabs, what colour is the bunting, I will buy some seriously! Would like a small nautical one for my friend too! Have you got a pic?

I have cut out all the shapes, sewn them and am going tomorrow to get some bias binding or tape to finish them. When they are done I will send you one and one for your friend as well. I dont want you to buy them from me. You are my friend. You suggested it to me!!!

I am thinking of making some PE bags for primary school children. My Mum is sorting out cupboards and wardrobes for fabric LOL. I must also send you back your darling boys videos. Every time I go into the bookcase I see them and think 'Oh my God, I still have them!!!!'

Managed to do about 60 pendants for the bunting and will carry on with them. Must admit my hands are very sore cutting out and sewing....couldn't care less though...so hope that we can get to Fali - even if only for a week!!!

Quite seriously thinking of doing a car boot sale in about 6 weeks time. They have a great one in Bolton town centre. Have tons of stuff to sell and also will do some sewing to take with me. Going to ask Chelle if she wants to do a boot sale between us. She is an amazing friend and is very skint at the moment. We could rent a market stall between us and split the money down the middle. Struggling a bit to find nautical themed material but will do!!!

Blimey Shabs, you have been working hard, I will keep my eyes open for you for fabric, sounds brilliant. PE bags are a great idea, esp if you could personalize them!
