Morning girls.........thank you Shabs. Well long day y/day, left home at 10.30am and got home at 8.30pm! Basically saw the liver cons first, pleased with him, concerned though he stil has very swollen feet so sent him for vascular scan to look for dvt, all clear. Finally got to see lung consultant at 4.30pm, appt was 3pm, super chap, he will be in good hands. He explained alot of things to us, he says removing the tumour is no problem his concern is why there is alot of fluid around it. There is a possibilty it may be caused by new cancer seedling which are attached to his chest wall. We didn`t want to hear that. Anyway they are not hanging about he is in on Thurs, not to long to dwell on it.More worry and its his b/day on Mon. Back later.... xx

sounds, on the whole, as though he is doing really well. Will he be in hospital on his birthday Trips? I would like to send him a card and wonder where I should send it to. Will you PM me and let me know please love. xxxx

Please all think about my sister in law and m mother in law and families in Brissie.....my MIL will probably be ok but my SIL lives in a suburb that is likely to be hit by the floods.

Its terrible HM, am sure they will all be fine. I have just had a very sad e-mail from Sydney via the Macmillen site, Paul who was diagnosed the same time as Harry, followed hte same path, died on NY`s day. I feel gutted, sad, poor Tania, poor kids, they are 8 and 10. Paul was 40, not bloody fair, its scare me and angers me at the same time. Why is life so cruel at times?

That is so sad Trips - a life hardly even begun properly. Toms primary school teacher who died a couple of months ago was about the same age. Her children have kept her FB page going....its so sad to read. So many people miss her. Her daughters school netball team won tonight and she has described the win in detail to her Mum....made me want to sob. I know FB gets a lot of stick but I think its amazing that people keep their loved ones pages going. I have no idea what all this crap is about - wish I did.

It is rotten, sad, unfair oh it makes me sooooooooo angry, just to know the pain they are all going thru, after all the ups and downs we have shared together. It also scares me Shabs, so many people have said to me how lucky H has been as its 3 yrs now, same as Paul. Such a lovely family, bloody not fair,wicked cruel disease.

Not tonight love...dont go up on school nights. Tom has started to pick his options for NEXT year today. Bloody ridiculous - they are allowing the kids to pick what subjects they want to do to GCSE level and then they will have parents night in March to check with the parents that the kids choices are OK????? Gawd help us and save us.

I think H has many, many years to go yet Trips...I love his angry, defiant attitude. He is a man after my own heart. Well done him!! I think that fighting this kind of health issue is all down to attitude.

Kale Nits. Word is spreading fast around FB about one of the Venezia regulars. He has had a heart attack and is fighting for his life tonight....not very old either. Soddin' hell what is happening. The news has come via one of the barmen in Faliraki and now the family of the man are posting on FB asking everybody to keep him in their thoughts. Please Sir, I have had enough, can I get off now?

Who is it up there who has got it in for us? Hosp phoned at 4pm today, they have cancelled the op tomorrow as they have no bed for him, re-scheduled for the 20th, its just not fair.....................:(

evening all. Trips, sorry about the op you poor thing.....I know how you feel. My worries are not as big but I am still having problems at school with DT1 with bullying. The poor mite is only just 6....he doesnt deserve it.
