puddytats · 07/03/2006 20:02

Sorry i have not been keeping in touch too well. Life is still day to day living. Returned to the police station a couple of weeks ago for further questionning. Did not go well. The case has now been transferred to the cps for them to decide whether to charge us or not.

oh gosh puddytats... i am so :( for you,
I can't believe that the uk justice system can fail people so badly...

if charged what happens then?

starlover · 07/03/2006 20:14

how can the case be that strong???????

has your lawyer found no evidence that can help prove his innocence?
I have to say I don't remmeber in depth all the ins and outs... but I am sure people mentioned the paper trails that must have been left... has it all come to nothing?

sorry, just realised you may not really be able to divulge much...

god... you know if there is anything any of us can do to help, we will.

puddytats · 07/03/2006 20:15
