Just starting a new thread for an uodate really.

How are things with the awful situation with dh??

Have police been involved yet??

Has the bank been any better with you??

Hi all

Not a lot to report unfortunatly. DH and I have to return to the police station on Monday (22nd) to meet bail requirements. I am assuming that there will be further questioning etc and will go from there.

The bank have closed our accounts and are refusing to give us any info without a court order which we cannot get unless charged! In fact at the moment that would be the best thing as if we are released without charge we will never get answers and at least if we are charged then we can start doing thingsb ourselves - or at least our solicitor can!

I didn't realise they had arrested u as well, are the solicitors any closer to findin anything out?

Our solicitor cannot do anyting till we are charged apparently. They arrested me as well because DH 'no commented' thro his interview on the advice of his solicitor. My solicitor was under the impression that I would be released without charge before the 22nd but that has not happened yet

Hi

Sorry i have not been in contact. Things got on top of me foe a little while but am feeling better now.

Not much to report. The police are still investigating and we have to return to the police station on feb 15th again. Another cheque has arisen but that is all we have been told. In the meantime we are doing the best that we can under the circumstances.

My parents are taking us away foe a week on friday and we cannot wait for that!

Not a lot has changed at the moment, can't remember last time I posted. We are both still under police arrest, due to return to the police station on 15th Feb so we get to have this hanging over our heads during xmas.

I have been signed off work since Sept with depression but am hopefully coping better now, hence I have not posted for a while.

DH has a better attitude and is currently retraining to be a driving instructor.

Still know very little as the police are refusing to say anything but is likely that we will be charged on next visit.

Thank you. Most of the time we can carry on normally but with christmas coming all I can think of is it might be our last together for a while, most people welcome the new year - I wish I could do all in my power to stop it from coming!!
