£100 on almost full holding. Been a rubbish year for returns so I’m hoping for a bigger win by the end of the year!

Cactusali · 03/10/2023 06:31

£150 on 2xFH. Our worst month for quite some time.

Sallyingon · 03/10/2023 06:35

Just found the new thread. I didn't win this month. I have £6500 in and my average so far this year is 3.9%
Huge well done Sir Winalot!

InMySpareTime · 03/10/2023 06:38

Congratulations @SirWinalot
Nothing here on £6k again.

Yourebeingtooloud · 03/10/2023 06:40

Well done to the big winners.

£50 for me but given I’ve taken most out for better rates of return elsewhere I’m not unhappy with that. I’m running at about 5% interest since January now.

ErnestCelendine · 03/10/2023 06:43

50 quid on about 10k here. Need to work out my % rate.

Have started moving money out and now have odd amounts dotted here and there. Trying to make the most of easy access, monthly capped savings accounts (hello nationwide 8%).

SB1971 · 03/10/2023 06:44

Huge congratulations @SirWinalot - what a thrill that would have been to see on the app! Me and DH actually had a discussion on how much we wd need to win for me to wake him up as I am inevitably awake at some point in the night and always check the app.

CaveMum · 03/10/2023 06:47

Congrats @SirWinalot thats a fantastic result!

Depending on your tax rate status you need to be winning roughly between £1500-£2800 per year on full holdings to be earning the same as the current top rate saving accounts.

DaydreamerBetty · 03/10/2023 06:49

Congratulations @SirWinalot an amazing win!!!
My biggest win to date, £125 on just under 10K.
I finally have over 10k in premium bonds, I’m so chuffed 😊

littleblackcat27 · 03/10/2023 06:49

Congratulations for @SirWinalot and @Loverofoxbowlakes !!!

Fabulous to hear of some big wins!

Nothing for me this month - not really surprised as I took out 40k to put in guaranteed bond with NS and I - but do still have 10k in premium bonds.

there's always next month 😀

Uninspiredusername · 03/10/2023 06:58

Morning all!
complete newbie here - my account was only set up yesterday 😆
just testing the waters after reading about it really… starting with £25 a month so I don’t expect to see much but I like the concept!
I have some savings elsewhere where the monthly interest has obviously grown.

will be following with interest. Congrats to those who have been successful this month! @SirWinalot how much do you have in your holding if you don’t mind me asking? Congrats 🥳

RichPetunia · 03/10/2023 07:00

£75 on 41k 🥳🥳

hettiethehare · 03/10/2023 07:03

Nothing on FH. Very grumpy - my % is way below the average rate at the moment so seriously thinking of withdrawing.

OhDoh · 03/10/2023 07:05

Nothing for me again.. one last month before I pull them I think.

Wineisnottheanswer · 03/10/2023 07:08

125 on 20k so okay with that

Happiestathome · 03/10/2023 07:09

Congratulations @SirWinalot on your fantastic win 🥳

WowIlikereallyhateyou · 03/10/2023 07:09

£275 on FH, so much better than last months paltry £50!

CeeCeeDeeBee · 03/10/2023 07:10

Congratulations @SirWinalot! Posts like yours keep the PB dream alive!

A total of £350 here across one FH and one about £40k. Not too shabby.

sashagabadon · 03/10/2023 07:11

£75 for me!

Whippetmum1 · 03/10/2023 07:13

£675 on FH for me. Congratulations @SirWinalot! x

LuckyOrMaybe · 03/10/2023 07:29

£300 on 40k here - very happy, only 2nd month in the draw. Will be interesting to see how the next few months average out, last month's £75 may prove more typical.

What would be amazing would be if my mother's £5 that she's held literally for ever (website lists eligibility date 1/1/57), ever won anything ...

mumda · 03/10/2023 07:35

@SirWinalot congratulations!

I will humbly accept my £100.

napsarelifewithtwo · 03/10/2023 07:36

Nothing for DH on just over 20k but the biggest ever win for me, £700 on FH. I'm super pleased. I'd only won £725 for the rest of the year so this month has almost doubled my winnings!

Congratulations @SirWinalot I'm not surprised you woke your DH up, what exciting news!

olderbutwiser · 03/10/2023 07:39

bah humbug! Not a sausage for either DH or me on £26k between us. But we are ahead so far this year so I will have to be philosophical and look forward to November’s draw.

WeAreBorg · 03/10/2023 07:40

Congratulations @SirWinalot !

No win for me this month sadly, but did get some nice dividend payouts this month so I can’t complain too much. Although I will
