Eligibility date
01/03/2023- Ah I wonder if that means my new bonds didn't make this draw..

pobparker · 02/03/2023 11:15

I cannot believe it
absolutely stunned
after a dreadful spell of bad luck- caught sepsis , been on a ventilator in ICU,
DH and Ds told several times I would not survive ,I have just been discharged after 3 months in hospital and have just found out i have won 50K
I had forgot to check , DS asked me as he won £25
I have £50 k holding

ClimbingRoseBush · 02/03/2023 11:17

@pobparker Amazing! I hope this is the beginning of a better period for you

FrownedUpon · 02/03/2023 11:18

@pobparker Congrats-that’s amazing news. I hope you continue to recover & enjoy spending your money. I won £50 this month. DH won £175.

Rowthe · 02/03/2023 11:21

I won nothing this month and last.
Which is a bit surprising.

I'd expect something at least I have 24k holding and increasing every month.

I think with the interest rate increases, the number of prizes isnt increased as much just the values.

Same I have less but similar, annoying when you add a few thousand after saving up a year.

Amazing !!!

Holidayqueen1 · 02/03/2023 11:38

@pobparker so thrilled for you, congratulations and hopefully the start of better times!! Congrats to all the other winners too.

225 for me on fh ( nothing last month!)
175 for dh on fh ( 250 last month)
0 for ds (5800 holding), he’s not won since last July 😳

baytreelane23 · 02/03/2023 11:43

Nothing again on 43k holdings 😢

RubbishDay · 02/03/2023 11:48

Nice to see some big winners - congratulations

DrMadelineMaxwell · 02/03/2023 11:49

Odds of winning are 1 in 24000. I've now got 22200 in so am building up to the magic number where theoretically you should win something more often than not.

I do love hearing when someone who has had a run of bad luck wins something....50k is amazing. Congrats.

RockaLock · 02/03/2023 12:00

Oh, a couple of huge wins on the thread - that's lovely to hear! Really pleased for you both!

DeepfriedPizza · 02/03/2023 12:08

£25 On £10k holdings. DD nothing

longtompot · 02/03/2023 12:08

Our first draw and dh won 2x£100 and 2x£50 on FH. I won nothing but I only have have £10k in mine.
We never win anything so this was a lovely surprise.

Wiaa · 02/03/2023 12:15

We both got 2x£25 on FH, it's our first draw so happy with that

MercyChant66 · 02/03/2023 12:18

After 4 months of zero on full holdings I've finally won £50. Better than nothing but I've worked out that I've won £550 over the year which is not the best return these days. Actually had regular monthly winnings until they upgraded the prizes - then my luck disappeared! So good to see some big wins on here this month though - well done to our winners!

UrsulaPandress · 02/03/2023 12:23

Wow 50k. That’s bloody fantastic @pobparker

Endeavormorse · 02/03/2023 12:25

£100 for me today!

Eaumyword · 02/03/2023 12:33

So happy for you @pobparker wow! Hope you continue to recover. Sounds awful what you've been through.
We got £475 over 3 x fh which is lovely this month but overall our % return now tracks less so far than in a savings account if I'm being really honest. I won't let DH take them out as every month I hope for a big win!

doodles55 · 02/03/2023 12:38

Zero on FH
Better luck to all in March

AnnieSnap · 02/03/2023 12:42

£25 for me on £31,000. DH £125 on £20,000. I am disappointed in mine (although I see that some people have won little or nothing on FH). I more often than not win that or nothing. It’s not much of a return on my savings. I get it though, just having a morning grumble.

Every month I wonder, will this be the one that enables us to buy somewhere with a bit of land, so that I can keep rare breed goats and rescue pigs from abattoirs! What are other posters dreams for winning a large sum?

mrsbyers · 02/03/2023 12:52

£100 for me on full £50k still unsure wether to divert to a SIPP but pleased as was zero last month

ThisWomansWorkNeverEnds · 02/03/2023 12:54

MidlifeWhatNow · 02/03/2023 09:24

@ThisWomansWorkNeverEnds I have about the same amount as you. I've never won more than £50 before so am finding this a bit hard to actually believe!

That's great. Good to hearing people winning more than £25. Hope the job situation improves.
