Woohoo! 🥳

Between us (2 x nearly FH) we won 4 x £25, 1 x £100 and 1 x £500 !!!!!

Our highest ever win!

Well done, that's awesome.

£500 really is a nice tidy sum - enjoy 🏝

DrMadelineMaxwell · 02/02/2023 20:49

£75 for me on £20k..
1 x £25, 3x£50 and 1 x£100 for DH on £40k

Hollyhead · 02/02/2023 19:36

2x25 on a full holding, just about enough for me to keep going. It’s a much trickier risk to take with the interest now bearing in mind that you’d be certain of £125 per month interest on a full holding in a savings account.

Omg @Hollyhead so would be £1.5k interest on £50k

Blondes faints

OP posts:
Hollyhead · 02/02/2023 22:16

Yes over a year in a 3% savings account. Not sure if you’re fainting because that’s good or bad!

HouseHistoryHunter · 02/02/2023 22:19

£25 on 20k and 2x£100 on 28k - the best ever for us overall.

whirlyswirly · 03/02/2023 06:39

£175 here on full. Smile good start to 2023

Theskyoutsideisblue · 03/02/2023 06:56

25 on about 20k.

Good. Can't imagine having £50k

Or getting that much yearly interest

But you would pay tax on the £1.5k. And to get 3% it would most likely be in an account where it’s locked away.

ButnotforLola · 03/02/2023 07:07

Nothing here but I expected that as I withdrew a big amount for some unexpected bills.
Hoping to get the holding boosted again soon.

HellcatSpangledShalalala · 03/02/2023 07:25

@PriamFarrl plenty of easy access accounts are now offering over 3%

Adviceneeded200 · 03/02/2023 10:07

There is the fun factor and that can't be quantified as it means different things to different people

changer121 · 03/02/2023 10:47

Dh -£200 /full holding

Me - £50,£25 2x£100 /full holding

We are very happy 😃

Lovinmyblanket · 03/02/2023 12:27

I have full holdings and in the last 6 draws in total I've gained £975.
Not sure what percent that is, but it's more than 3! (??)

Antaboo · 03/02/2023 12:46

Unscientifically just under 3.9%⬆️

Antaboo · 03/02/2023 12:50

And tax free so nearly 5% maybe

Nothing for me on my first ever draw but I did only have a few hundred in for this month's draw so not really surprised! Have put more in since and will continue to each pay day.
Got my DD to invest a few thousand of her savings so hopefully she might win something in the next draw.

Lovinmyblanket · 03/02/2023 14:05

Thank you, Antaboo

WeAreBorg · 03/02/2023 18:20

I wish they’d increased the number of prizes overall, rather than just increasing the higher value ones and the chance of winning is the same.
I feel like from our sample everyone either got loads or nowt. That’s probably my distorted perception from not winning again though haha
I would also run the prize fortnightly as it’s tooo looong to wait

I might write in with my suggestions, I’m sure they’ll be thrilled 😂

yellowhedges · 03/02/2023 18:30

Whoo hoo, been away and have come home to find out I've won £1250 this month.

Wow well done.

froggybiby · 03/02/2023 19:22

£100 for me, £50 / hubby..
Nothing for DD...none of us has the full holding....in fact our total for the 3 of us is less than FH (early 40k)...part of mine and hubby's bonds are earmarked for kitchen renovation & extension roof fixing 🙄 so a bigger win would always be nice. I have had a win montly apart from December since August...last month DD and I won £125. Hubby usually wins less & has got more bonds than I do.

slithytoveisascientist · 03/02/2023 19:30

I have 19k spread across me, DS and DD. Is there a statistical advantage to having them all in one pot?
