One of Feb's million pound winners has just £3k holdings. What an amazing surprise for them!

Sadly I do not appear on the big winners list, hopefully better news tomorrow.

from the list there seemed to be a few high value winners who have only recently invested, so that gives me hope 🙏🏻

Also, has anyone has luck tracking down old premium bonds that you don’t have the number for? My Dad was bought some when he was born but has never checked them 😱

No chance im on the list - my area everyone seems to have max holdings. I need to stop looking, it's disheartening rather than aspirational! Slowly adding £100 a month.

Each month I say I won't look thru the list and just wait 2 days..... and yet....

Had my hopes dashed there. My area, very similar total bond holding (which is an odd random amount not a nice round figure) winning bond purchased the same time that I did for the same amount and a £10,000 winner. Very excitedly logged on but it's not me! 😔

That's a rather good return . £1 in 1958 is actually worth about £30 at todays equivalent value of sterling, so £1000 is a tidy sum! No dissimilar to the way house values have gone.

Trouble is, it's taken a lifetime's wait which isn't that great 😊

Guessing they have forgotten they E had that prob brought for them as a christening /birthday gift

How do people know if they won anything on the list? Is it as they get contacted or just as they know their numbers??

How do people actually check this big prize winner list? Do they just have easy to identify holdings?

I’ve got a FH (most common single amount) purchased in various chunks over several years and it’s a nightmare trying to check the big winners list so I gave up!

Arghhhh thought I'd won £5k then, had to log in to check my exact holding (knew it was around £15k a couple of months ago but had a few wins since then), it was someone with £50 more than me!!

Yeah I know roughly what's in there and it's not full holdings or a round thousand so it's easier to identify.

You only need to know your total amount and where you live!
