Friday 30th is last working day of the month so maybe one of us will get THAT VISIT - saying won a million - blondes faints

I bought more bonds today, as I usually do the day before pay day. This means I’ll get a message from NS&I tomorrow and I’ll get excited for a few seconds.

I'm happy with any win. Dh wins practically every month (on 40k+) and I have about half that, but definitely win less than half what he does.

@UnderPowered - I try not to. I’m scared I might accidentally click on it. Who puts a button like that right next to mundane stuff like ‘change my contact details’ and ‘view my payslips’?

Just had a knock on the door and it was a delivery from Argos. I suppose it's a bit early in the day for AM.

But due to the post strike there'll be no posties today.

Oh is there a strike? God the whole country is coming to a standstill. Cancelled stuff due to trains, seen about nurses, missed the post one somehow.

It is very weird -DH was bemoaning the fact today. We have exactly the same amount in each (circa £32k) and in the last 12 months he has won £250 and I have won £1750!!
