MLM Bot Watch 73 A thread about desperate bots desperately botting

1000 replies

MarchXX · 18/09/2022 06:57

Saw previous thread was full, so started this one Grin! Thread 73, who would have thought Shock. So much has changed over the years of these MLM threads but it is interesting that some stalwarts are still going, many thousands of victims in their wakes.

The MLM industry is counting the cost of a more awakened population who can now see through this scam industry, although there are still the serial bots who believe they fail because they 'didn't try hard enough' rather than understanding that the business model set them up to fail, and join countless MLMs in a desperate attempt to find success Sad.

I doubt that they have the capacity for setting up Direct Debits, if they did then the clients are protected via the direct debit guarantee.

I imagine most are via recurring payments on credit cards, or standing orders.

I do wonder if the flood gates will open?

Where would we see the post from the woman asking about how to cancel?

Norma27 · 14/10/2022 16:48

@MarchXX i questioned about cancelling in the original fb page too and was told cancelling was fine then I was blocked too!
I questioned the credentials of fierce and pointed out her negative reviews on the internet. I don’t think she liked that!
I have called her out on a live too but weirdly her and castle haven’t blocked me from their actual pages!

Ohnonevermind · 14/10/2022 17:00

Castles got a new personal trainer, not based in the Celtic manor either. Strange

WisteriaLodge · 14/10/2022 18:04

I expect Nurse is paying the £35 a month to Castle and Fierce, what a fool she is..

PieonaBarm · 14/10/2022 18:12

Yawns had a mini photo shoot in Starbucks today. The photo on her main Insta feed is amusing. Her facial expression is something else!

NormalForNuneaton · 14/10/2022 18:26

Scamversity has some reviews on Trustpilot, including one from Nurse, deluded fool that she is.

There are 2 reviews calling it/them out as a scam.....I'm sure many more like that will follow

YouOKHun · 14/10/2022 18:43

@fromdownwest its on Castle’s own FB page and her post dated 7 October. She’s wearing white and looking manic, presumably because she’s just made a BIG ANNOUNCEMENT. The comment from the potential ex-student is 5 days old and hasn’t got any response but neither has it been deleted. I guess Castle isn’t too focussed on Scamversity as I’d have expected a comment like that to be removed ASAP.

thetemptationofchocolate · 14/10/2022 23:08

Looking at Trustpilot, I wonder if that was the students' homework for this week, to write a glowing review of it all.
Either they've hardly got any students, or the rest haven't done their homework! That will be a detention for the lot of them :)

Ohnonevermind · 15/10/2022 08:37

Looking at nurse, she wanted to bring her son to peppa pig land or something like that. With all the money she and her Mum spent on shit from FL and now from scamversity she could have brought him to Disneyland in Florida

She thinks these people are her friends.

WisteriaLodge · 15/10/2022 10:02

Yes Nurse is tragic, she really is. She's probably spent hundreds of pounds on her biznizz which could have been spent taking her son to these places, he's too old for them now anyway. You would imagine at this point she'd think the same and some light bulbs would be coming on in her head but no, she still hopes it's the way to untold riches without having to do much work.

fromdownwest · 15/10/2022 10:35

Tragic or just outright lazy.

She is not willing to just knuckle down with her job, that could easily provide for her son.

Like many mlm’ers she wants the luxury life without the work required to do so. As long as they are spending money and doing pointless manifestation tasks and waking up at 5am, they think they are busy.

She has been told many times on her social media that she’s being taken for a ride.

BSintolerant · 15/10/2022 11:02

Exactly! @fromdownwest

Thomas Erikson’s excellent book, Surrounded by Narcissists has a whole section on how narcissists use social media to prey on the vulnerable. It makes fascinating reading. I wonder if the predators we discuss in these threads would recognise their own tactics?

YouOKHun · 15/10/2022 14:13

Feedback from someone else, not the Scottish poster, also an FLP Hun who was signed up to Scamversity. I’ve altered a few minor details for confidentiality though she’s not the only one to have cancelled since the “start of term”.

She told me that she couldn’t get a response for about 10 days so she messaged Castle who wanted to know if she’d got what she wanted from Scamversity. She rates Castle so made an excuse about why she wanted to cancel as she didn’t want to cause upset and was able to cancel (let’s see if they actually stop taking her money).

I asked if she broached the subject of refund and she said she didn’t go there because it was clear that was a straight “no”, but she wanted to.

She decided to cancel because it was a “let down” and “nothing she hadn’t seen a million times before”; as we suspected, memes and trite think positive stuff, pre-recorded guff etc. She said she has lost faith in Scamversity and her sister who also signed up also cancelled and has felt “so let down and really unhappy about it”. They are not the only ones who have cancelled in the last 6 weeks that she knows of.

I wonder if approaching Fierce would have produced an altogether more aggressive response? It seems that, like all small scale NWM and related scams, once launch is over it’s only a matter of time till it dies. Hopefully others are seeing it for what it is. I expect as more withdraw they will get less and less willing to let them cancel.

Spongebobette · 15/10/2022 15:58

Interesting!

Spongebobette · 15/10/2022 15:58

Interesting!

And it begins!

Twentytwentyhindsight · 15/10/2022 17:57

Well, if even super-botted FLP Castle fans think the 'curriculum' is just regurgitated shite that is no use to them, imagine what those 'students' with 'real' businesses will feel like!

Castle flogging stuff on eBay - desperate times

Twentytwentyhindsight · 15/10/2022 20:08

I notice she's selling Mr Castle's stuff off first🤣

Ohnonevermind · 15/10/2022 20:22

Castle has brought her toddler son who she said a few days ago had foot and mouth to a soft play. They’re contagious for 7-10 days after showing symptoms.

It like the time she brought the kids with a vomiting bug to Celtic manor 🙄

and older one has a sleep over. I hope she told the other mum

Castle flogging stuff on eBay - desperate times

Funny thing for a seven or eight-figure coach to do. Desperate measures …

Twentytwentyhindsight · 15/10/2022 20:37

Maybe that's the next one of the multiple income streams they will be teaching at Scamversity- desperate fire sales of your worldly goods on eBay...

Ohnonevermind · 15/10/2022 20:44

What is Mr Castle going to do in Spain?

Looks like they’re back to weekends only reduced the price to 484 per night plus 100 admin/cleaning per night

Bargain

WisteriaLodge · 15/10/2022 21:17

How can you see that Castle is flogging stuff on Ebay? I wouldn't know where to start looking.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 15/10/2022 21:27

She's posted on her FB page that she's flogging stuff of Mr Castle's on eBay. The link is on the post.

WisteriaLodge · 15/10/2022 21:56

Ah thanks, things must be bad in chez Castle...
