Yes it’s the 71st thread focused on exposing the lies of MLMs and the deceptions practiced by so/called ‘leaders’ who recruit recruit recruit!
You will only lose money if you join their ‘team’ - don’t do it!

I do feel for Castle's eldest.
He couldn't do anything for a years without having a camera in his face for Castle & co to show the world how much material stuff they were providing for him.
He started essentially performing what he thought was expected of him when the phones were out, until his kid brother came along and he suddenly lost his spot as the prime 'engagement material'.
All the pictures of him 'living his best life' show him in a pool or on a water slide or whatever all by himself, no engagement with any of his peers...
It looks very lonely.
As for mr Castle, the bagman, it seems he is comparing notes with mr Fierce Scammer at the moment...

My thoughts exactly
he started performing for the camera as a small child when he became aware of being filmed. Once or twice he protested when someone filmed him on the loo or when he felt uncomfortable - but in that family it’s all about creating content and being hilarious and his mother continued to exploit him
I find his smile is too eager to please
The poor child has no privacy

What is Castle's new business I wonder, oh I can hardly wait, best to get the expensive photo shoot out of the way prior to starting the business eh?

ArbunneHun · 26/05/2022 15:23

Eeeeek huns! Salon has left Nutonic and is about to start the MLM scam cycle all over again with a new company, yet to be announced. What’s the betting she’ll take her besties & a big chunk of down line with her again?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 26/05/2022 17:32

Eeeek indeed- any clues as to where Salon will be dragging her deluded downlines next?

ArbunneHun · 26/05/2022 18:16

I’m sure there’ll be a big, Salon-sequel announcement, followed by a rapid period of recruitment, sobbing #FriPay gratitude posts, guest training from that awful NetworkNinja, a close brush with the authorities over some illegal substance in the new, AMAZING fat-burning coffee/tea/shake/pills/whatever, & Salon will time her exit again before the business collapses and her deceived down line is left out of pocket. Again.

How many times is it now? 4 ‘businesses’ left behind in a mess/close to collapse… she certainly has a system.

At least four. I was reminiscing fondly about the good old days of Life Tree World, when we first discovered Salon. #yazoolife

gottaloveascamhun · 26/05/2022 21:18

Aw I loved life tree world. The website was mint.

ArbunneHun · 26/05/2022 21:44

Lifetree World: all those cans of chickpeas and non-existent cars as competition prizes… and she promoted that scam hard, somehow just exiting before the chocolate yazoo hit the fan.

YouOKHun · 26/05/2022 22:41

I wonder if she’s fallen out with Mr Google Valentus and his DW who started Nutonic? I think she’s had a bit of trouble positioning herself as living the dream now she’s in some dingy rental in S-on-T. Any bets on where next?

Retention of victims may be a real problem in this cost of living crisis - I’ve talked to quite a few serial Huns who have quit because they can’t afford to hang on for the six figure income and they can’t afford to “invest” in product even though they still believe in MLM 🙄. This isn’t going to be nearly such an exploitable crisis as the pandemic, there’s much more risk aversion than in 2020 I think.

I hope Salon realises the only way is down for her and her sort. Gone are the heady days of LTW … oh hang on, that went tits up too!

Ohnonevermind · 26/05/2022 23:41

I see castle is writing numbers on a whiteboard to show how successful she is.

this must be a top CEO tip. Write numbers on a board and they must be true. Did she learn this tip from her new bizniz partner scam bot ?

if her network marketing business was so successful she wouldn’t have needed to transfer 70k to if from her pro planner business and had a reduction in retained profits of 60k. That’s not what a successful network marketing balance sheet looks like.

I expect next year to Jan 22 to be far worse and the back of mum and dad to provide more money from their retirement funds.

I expect dad to be dispatched to Spain to start building a retreat with his retirement funds and she will operate it for him.

YouOKHun · 27/05/2022 08:31

I’ve been looking at AirB&B and I see that Uber’s holiday home has been available for 16 weeks and has yet to have a review and is vacant for a large part of July. That must be a worry when it’s clearly cost a lot and the Aloe empire is dying. It might have been cheaper to build something more substantial out of all that product she’s got sitting around.

Garliccoriander · 27/05/2022 09:48

I’m wondering if mum&dad of Castle are well aware of her shortcomings. They obviously dote on the boys. However it wouldn’t surprise me if she weaponised them to keep parents in line.

thetemptationofchocolate · 27/05/2022 09:56

I think I don't live far away from Uber's holiday home. Hers is not the only empty holiday let, it's very quiet around here these days. No-one has the money for holidays.
So if hers is as overpriced as you all have said, she's not going to get any takers when there's a good choice of cheaper ones available.

Castles now on the vegan diet, after spending time with Fierce - how long will it last

fromdownwest · 27/05/2022 11:36

I see that Castle is now starting the plant based lifestyle as her new BFF does it.
Check list begins
Spend a lot of money on new interest
Post about new interest over social media
Spam daily about how great it is
Forget about it
Move onto new fad

LOL - Great minds!

SnoogyWoo · 27/05/2022 12:01

Castles new BFF also has a baby on the vegan diet I think. Poor thing if true.

gottaloveascamhun · 27/05/2022 12:16

UK holidays are very expensive and international travel is booming now restrictions are being relaxed. Wrong time to invest in a holiday home in Devon. 500k? You could build a huge house for that!

ArbunneHun · 27/05/2022 12:32

…and Salon’s loyal minions (who have stuck by here since LTW days) are now - totally coincidentally I’m sure - tearfully announcing that Nutonic just doesn’t feel right and although it’s been brilliant and a huge success it’s time to move on.

Watch this space, huns! EEEEEEK!

Ohnonevermind · 27/05/2022 14:17

@gottaloveascamhun

thats the renovation cost on top of the purchase costs. The cost of the property in total was over 750,000

She talks about retiring there but with no downstairs bathroom and steep narrow stairs I can’t imagine it working

thetemptationofchocolate · 27/05/2022 14:28

I doubt she will retire there.
Everyone thinks it's lovely round here, and it is ... in the season. The weather is good, there are lots of people about, things are open for business. But once the autumn storms start rolling in off the Atlantic it's a different world. I happen to like the two sides to living in Devon, but I can't see Uber liking the 6 months of grey wet miserable weather!

How long did Yawn’s dalliance with veganism last?

Fierce has made a lot of enemies judging from those interesting reviews. I’m amazed she has any time for coaching, as according to her disgruntled reviewers she seems to spend an awful lot of time in the Small Claims court pursuing former clients who, in their opinion, realise, too late that her coaching isn’t worth what they paid for. She also threatens them with legal action for defamation. It’s a pity her former clients don’t get together and go after her for fraud and misrepresentation.

YouOKHun · 27/05/2022 17:26

@fromdownwest and Castle’s business model is pretty much the same as your list :

Spend a lot of parents’ money on new interest business
Post about new interest bizniz over social media
Spam daily about how great it is
Forget about it
Move onto new fad venture
Leave a financial and emotional wreckage behind you among those who believed your “success” was the result of business acumen rather than the bank of mum and dad and/or due to a pyramid scheme positioning you as recruitment bait

Garliccoriander · 27/05/2022 18:30

I’m interested in the defamation angle as it’s civil rather than criminal. Wouldn’t the complainant need to prove that they have been harmed by this. Can the accused get away with no comment? If the case is lost would the complainant cop for costs. Maybe a case would do more harm than good.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 27/05/2022 18:49

I think she gets away with just threatening a defamation suit. The people targeted are pretty vulnerable and unsophisticated (otherwise they wouldn't be drawn into spending so much on a charlatan's 'woo' coaching in the first place).
Sounds like she provides what is classed as the coaching, while the rest of the clan (in-laws etc.) are the 'team' that is brought in when someone complains. When confronted by an organised group that is used to this, the threat of legal action, either through the small claims court for payment in full for the substandard 'coaching', or for defamation if they go public with their complaints, is enough to make the poor victims back down.
Not surprising, as they have already been put through the wringer of realising they have paid good money for old rope...
