Yes it’s the 71st thread focused on exposing the lies of MLMs and the deceptions practiced by so/called ‘leaders’ who recruit recruit recruit!
You will only lose money if you join their ‘team’ - don’t do it!

Also what the hell does woo woo have to do with a professional business launch

and what is woo woo anyway?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 25/06/2022 22:13

Literally that, woo, the mystical spiritual fluff she's increasingly been spouting, with her departed sister sending her signs that this new scam was meant to be.

Spongebobette · 26/06/2022 00:35

If I were looking for professional business advice I’d be very put off by the woo stuff and by the COMPLETE LACK OF ANYTHING USEFUL

OP posts:
Twentytwentyhindsight · 26/06/2022 03:23

It's a way of pitching it at the more gullible end of the market, those who won't ask any difficult questions and will accept "Because, you know, the woo!...." as an answer.

SnoogyWoo · 26/06/2022 07:07

Yes and fierce keeps saying “when you know, you know, don’t you” to keep reeling the gullible in.

Garliccoriander · 26/06/2022 10:47

Yawn off to buy some soil. Can’t she find some BS 🐃💩to hand.

thetemptationofchocolate · 26/06/2022 11:39

I can't see this partnership lasting as long as 12 months. They're almost certain to have a massive falling out, and there will be snidey social media posts and sides taken. We could start a sweepstake as to how long it will take to happen.

MVision · 26/06/2022 11:47

They are not going to get many sign ups so they will find they have put a lot of money into launching this and nothing back. Then they will have a fall out and it will all quietly disappear. 3-6 months I reckon. They will come up with some sort of woo woo story about why it didn’t work out though so that they can move on to the next scam.
What a way to live life - must be so depressing to be on the constant make and conning people.

MVision · 26/06/2022 11:48

I reckon it’s going to be at least £10k to sign up to their programme. Who is going to pay that in this climate.

fromdownwest · 26/06/2022 13:05

3-6 months tops I would say. Two narcissists in business is not good, with one of them not able to retain any level of commitment.

The other will get annoyed, and a fall out will happen.

Spongebobette · 26/06/2022 13:06

Fierce has form for getting people to sign contracts which lock people in so she can take them to court for the full amount of money if they change their mind

OP posts:
SnoogyWoo · 26/06/2022 13:25

I think it will be subscription based. Hefty amount per month for a period of time.

Spongebobette · 26/06/2022 13:49

Mega rich and financially independent, debt free six figure income couple Yawn and Mr Yawn…. I remember her mentioning a plan for a York stone patio round her office shed a while back
but oh look.. they’ve gone for the cheapest possible option which is a load of pea gravel and they’ve done all the work themselves
Surely they could easily afford to pay someone to do it properly?

OP posts:
PieonaBarm · 26/06/2022 14:04

Yawn said a few days ago she could have paid someone to do it but she prefers to do it herself for the workout

NormalForNuneaton · 26/06/2022 14:21

Yawn is always roping in her DH to do things on the cheap.

She always makes me think of the expressions...."You can't polish a turd but you can roll it in glitter"

I'm not saying her house is shit, more that they're ignoring the money-eating essential maintenance that comes with an old house, particularly a thatch, and instead are spending money on short-cut "visual" jobs that give her something to post and brag about.

An example was when they did the bootroom/porch(?) area - photos showed evidence of damp but that gets painted over, Mr Yawn botches together a cupboard or seat, a few knick-knacks get hung up and she has a weeks worth of what she sees as "aspirational content" for her social media.

That house is/will be a glitter covered turd.

PieonaBarm · 26/06/2022 14:45

Doesn't she bang on about he worked in construction before he sacked the boss? Would explain his collection of ladders to photograph her from tbf.

But the point I'm making is that he will be quite practical - my Dad and brother both despite not having a trade (site managers) are with being in that industry - but he will also know what jobs need doing and the importance of doing them properly - with a professional - and not just botching them like he seems to.

Spongebobette · 26/06/2022 16:04

A pigeon landed on a tree outside my window and this is definitely a woo woo sign that I must create a new business and rip people off. Also someone had a dream or something so it’s definitely going to be great. I’m a professional business woman and this is how I make decisions, so you can certainly expect solid fact and evidence based advice from me after I take your money

The only solid thing you can be sure of is that the mugs who sign up will be stitched up like kippers in the contract small print.
There will be no get-out clause once they realise they are paying good money for a heap of empty shite- they will have to pay for the whole course as those two vultures will be straight in with intimidating legal threats as soon as they show any hesitancy.
The deal seems to be that Castle brings in the marks from among her deluded followers and Fierce Scam stitches them up, with her family legal team acting as enforcers.

Angrymum22 · 26/06/2022 16:56

Yawns new “patio” was defo done on the cheap and somewhat misguided. The original engineering brickwork is far more desirable in these parts than a tonne of aggregate. She’s probably wiped a 1k off the value of the house.
And yes re the thatch, she may regret not addressing the mould situation.
Surely having a landscaping firm do a total make over would be far more lucrative re social media content.
Instead she picked the hottest week of the year to dig up her garden.

Angrymum22 · 26/06/2022 17:00

I also wonder if they stretched themselves paper thin with the purchase of the house and this flurry of cosmetic work is in prep for a quick sale when the mortgage rate goes up. Now the children have grown up and with no need to remain local ie no J.O.B.’S perhaps she is planning to move into the “caravan” in her parents wood if the going gets tough.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 26/06/2022 17:03

From a mouldy thatch to a musty caravan- I'm sure she'd find a way of painting it as an aspirational move!

Spot on

today Castle mentioned that she’d been paying for coaching by Fierce and that F had had a dream about them teaming up
you can bet your life that she’d worked out that C has a lot of followers who would be fresh meat and who might not have heard of her
and C needed something new to do because despite her claims, the ‘businesses’ she was pretending to run weren’t bringing in enough money

Absolutely agree. No proper base, brick edging all over the place. Gravel hiding a multitude of sins. It will be full of weeds in a few weeks.

SoosanCarter · 26/06/2022 17:17

When they do sell it, it will be “we want someone else to have the chance to love it”.

gottaloveascamhun · 26/06/2022 17:32

I was chatting to colleagues about diaries and teacher planners for the newacademic year as Paperchase have some lovely ones. Botted colleague whipped put her pro planner and said it was expensive, £27 I think she said (!) but soooo useful with all the motivational quotes. Bleurgh 🤮
