75 for me on full holding

Jalepenojello · 02/07/2022 10:42

No win in a year now. Was scrolling through this months big winners last night and the majority have 35k+ in… don’t think this is for me anymore.

InMySpareTime · 02/07/2022 11:05

@Jalepenojello I finally won on 3k this month, after a couple of dry years on low holdings. Prizes are increasing as the base rate goes up.

OneFrenchEgg · 02/07/2022 11:28

No win again (name changed recently) on now £5500. Either I keep going and eventually get to a decent amount or try somewhere sensible. I feel a bit disappointed each month though!

Nadal · 02/07/2022 11:34

Nothing for either me or DH! Poor this month 🙁

Lisa1960 · 02/07/2022 10:05

I put all of my pension lump sum into premium bonds ie £50000. I haven't won't a single prize for 5 months. Has anyone else been so unlucky?

Yea, me! I have £40k in and have one £25 this year. I know I need to move it as they're not good value unless you've used your inheritance tax allowance (which I haven't). You can get instant access accounts with better rates now.

Adversity · 02/07/2022 12:07

On my entire 2k over the last 11 years I have won £75.

torthecatlady · 02/07/2022 12:16

£75 (1x£25 1x£50)

£225 so far since January on FH

Me too 2 x£25 on 4k last win dec 2020

zighead · 02/07/2022 12:35

Nothing for me or DS this month. We have £30K between us. Fingers crossed for next month.

tunnocksreturns2019 · 02/07/2022 13:32

£225 on 3 x full holdings 😊

InTheCludgie · 02/07/2022 14:20

doodles55 · 02/07/2022 14:28

3 x£25 on full holdings for me

wheresmyshoe · 02/07/2022 15:54

Nothing on £8k

Silkierabbit · 02/07/2022 16:05

I got 75 this month and 75 last month nothing month before on full holidings. Got about 0.5% last year so quite poor return but better this year so far.

That is unlucky. I've just won another £25 (2nd month in a row) on nowhere near that. Have won £100 in last 12 months and, looking at the bond numbers, would have won that at £6k.

Much better than last month. I know I should be doing something more with my late DH’s life insurance but there’s too much else going on at the moment, and I must admit ‘winnings’ are more exciting than interest!

Myleakycauldron · 02/07/2022 18:19

This thread makes me feel unlucky! £25 on just over £40k. I have £100 so far this year so need some bigger wins to make the average rate for the year.

ElizabethCaroline · 02/07/2022 19:10

£25 this month on 17k holdings. Third time this year I've won so far so £75 in total - quite pleased with that! Although I will be taking most of it out in the next few months for a big purchase :(

Jellifer · 02/07/2022 19:24

£50 on full holding for me…. Happy with that.

emmafou1807 · 02/07/2022 20:11

2 x £25 on (first month of) full holdings here, enjoying the nice surprise when it happens

Whitney168 · 02/07/2022 21:40

2 x £25 here on £43k (same as last month).

ancientgran · 02/07/2022 21:43

I've won £100 this month, £750 in the last 12 months on a full holding. Probably better than I'd have got in a saving account.
