Well her upline would say that! They have a vested interest in quashing that sort of question. The very fact she has an upline is an indicator that Tropic is MLM. The thing about Tropic is it can look like the nice, genteel, “classy” version of Avon, BSAH etc and it can look like everyone is doing well, but I think that’s just its demographic. Certainly where I live it’s the preserve of the slightly more monied Hun. This means they can afford to buy more of the product, possibly don’t really need to rely on the money and have a social circle who will buy plenty (at least, at first). They are also less likely to have to own up to the amount of money they have spent to take part. Around here that’s how Tropic gets to pretend it’s not MLM/not damaging.

When my OH first got botted, she met a circle of MLM 'biznis owners', the common denominator of which was that their DHs were all 'something in the City' and/or had inherited a lot of wealth.
Of course they portrayed their (genuinely) affluent lifestyles as being at least in part down to their 'side hustles', but the reality was that they could just afford to play shop as a hobby...
I think this is exactly where tropic would fit in - actually premium products (at a premium plus price) so that it doesn't lower the tone, a community that can afford to spend a certain amount on pretending to be business people or paying over the odds for their products.
Anyone believing that they will be making a living out of it is in for the usual MLM disappointment- along with a dose of disdain from their erstwhile 'business sisters' for not having the means to live the pretence...

Well, that looks legit doesn’t it? I wonder if Sleaze will go that route for any follow up Cardiac treatment or if he’ll leave it in the hands of those mask-wearing, life-saving haterz at the NHS with their Big Pharma drugs trolley and qualified staff? Surely a talk from Toxic Nurse about thinking positive and buying her Woo treatment package should do the trick?

@Twentytwentyhindsight As for Messiah; tricky for him to turn water into Supanova or heal the sick as he’s having a spot of bother with appearing before the masses. He is available via Telegraph or Signal if you know the code word and can prove you won’t divulge his whereabouts. But he wants you to know that the raid was a mistake and all allegations were incorrect and actually he is going to sue everybody who says otherwise. This legal action will including those pesky fraud office investigators who trawled through his paperwork and had a butchers at lots of correspondence and other incriminating stuff and then went through his pants drawer and found all that cash - cash that has come from some of the poorest people.

I do feel for Messiah, whose 'temporary access problems' to his social media accounts seem to have been going on for months.
Verily, if he were to regain access, he would be readily able to prove that the praetorian gardai sent to unjustly persecute him were acting on the false information of a jealous Judas among his disciples.

I don’t know where St Andrew finds the time to loiter around such places but I suppose if angles have pockets they must be infinite. He’d go far in MLM. Incredible isn't it? Whenever I travel on behalf of my work, the company pays for transport, hotels and food....and yet these bots think FL is amaaazzing..

The problem with this sort of 'prize' to an 'exclusive' destination is summed up in that very word. What is not included is excluded and exclusive. The price of a basic drink in a hotel such as the one it looks like they will be staying in would buy a round for 20 people at the local spoons'.

Same for food, and it's not as though there are any cheap bars or greasy spoons you can go to instead (and if there was, there is no public transport to take you there), neither is there a corner shop you can get cheap basics in. If you aren't able to spend hundreds of pounds on basic stuff, you could essentially starve in your 5 star hotel room.

I remember a few years back when Wig'n'Sleaze were flown out to Dubai to attend some sort of rally for whatever pyramid scheme they were in (the only trip they've ever been on, hence the repeated use of the pictures to portray their jet setting lifestyle). What the pictures actually showed was that all they were able to do once there was wander around in the hot desert air (the only people outdoors and on foot) and look in from the outside at the places they couldn't afford to enter.

Even if the accommodation covers basic meals, they will remain confined to their hotel for the reasons above. Sounds like hell. If I was a 'slightly successful' qualifying bot, I'd use any excuse imaginable not to go.

Same for the cancelled Australia GR that they were all raving about- 2 days' travel in cattle class, three days of jet lagged hell in forced 'training' and 'recognition' rallies, followed by another 2 days travelling back.

You'd have to be insane to see this as any kind of 'reward'...
