Pardon my ignorance: But what liabilities and creditors could they have as they don't have production costs, overheads or business rent

fromdownwest · 03/11/2021 15:21

Cars via LTD company, HMRC etc

MarchXX · 03/11/2021 16:25

Re Nurse switching allegiance from Yawn to Castle. I'm wondering if Castle's told her that she (Castle) will be able to help her make "six figures" be "financially free" to buy that home in the countryside. Clearly because Yawn has failed to help her achieve "her dreams".

Its possible that Nurse has seen Castle's posts on social media and they are more appealing. She does not appear to understand that you cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear nor polish a turd. [sigh] it's such a blooming pity, it really is.

BSintolerant · 03/11/2021 16:55

You can’t polish a turd but you can paint it with Frenchic and gold its nooks and crannies, or around the bits where it tapers off. Wink

BSintolerant · 03/11/2021 16:56

gild not gold ... Pig tit fingers!

I know, why in gods name does she think anything will be different this time? What does she think Castle can do for her that Yawn can't?
Spongebobette · 03/11/2021 17:55

The only difference is that Castle will actually make more money from her as she’ll flog her more stationery and tacky leisure wear with slogans on as well as making money on all the FL purchases Nurse will make

Maybe Nurse was tempted because Cassie had a little boy and she identifies with her

And now castles looking for childcare for her baby so she can get back to work - I thought the idea was to have more time with the children?!

Yes it's a corker isn't it? It reminds me of the good old days when FL bots used to come on here and argue their case....sigh. The hunbot on that thread isn't coming across very well is she? They're eating her alive...

definitelynotabot · 04/11/2021 16:50

^^They've eaten her alive and spat out the bones!

I don't know if this one's been posted on here before, but I found this really interesting on Talented Ladies' Club. I have only come across Tropic a bit as I bought a couple of bits of makeup from someone I know who started up with them a few months back. I thought the stuff was good but overpriced.

But it was refreshing to see an MLM trying hard not to fall into the typical traps. I hope they keep it up and that it might cause others to take note and try clean up their act a bit? ( The cynic in me thinks that it won't make a blind bit of difference...)

She must be so deluded. She's quite mad to even have tried leaping in to defend. Surely all it'll do is bring that thread up when anyone googles her? (Obvs that's a good thing, but not from her POV!).

Tell you what, I don't know what's in FM products, but they certainly give you a thick skin... Grin

Strange that some top FM huns don't seem to have gone on that trip

The police in Donegal are doing searches concerning the discovery of an alleged pyramid scheme right now.

Apropos of nothing, TS Life are registered in Donegal.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 05/11/2021 13:34

From the Irish Times:
"The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission confirmed that it carried out surprise searches of two properties in Co Donegal as part of an investigation into a pyramid scheme run by a “health and wellness” company.
“On Tuesday, two properties were searched under warrant by officers from the CCPC and the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI), who were separately verifying compliance with the requirements of food law,” said a commission statement on Thursday."

In completely unrelated matters, has anyone seen or heard anything from Messiah lately?

WellThatsATurnipForTheBooks · 05/11/2021 17:56

Remind me again, where is he from? Is it Ireland? Hmm...... Wink

WellThatsATurnipForTheBooks · 05/11/2021 17:58

In other news ......yes Yawn, we get it, you've given up drinking

The way she keeps banging on about it , her drinking sounds like it was a problem/issue.

YouokHun · 05/11/2021 18:00

No, he’s not at home in Donegal. Left in a hurry by the back door apparently. But if you do hear from him tell him there are some other people who wouldn’t mind having a chat.

On a completely separate matter who can possibly know which pyramid scheme has been raided - it’s a mystery Grin

Spongebobette · 05/11/2021 18:22

Weird Willy is posting videos about vampire partners and how to set boundaries in separation

Hmmm bit close to home?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 05/11/2021 18:37

Further extracts fro the Donegal Daily:

"The unannounced searches were led by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) as part of a probe into a multi-level marketing company in the health and wellness sector."

"Pyramid promotional schemes are marketing and investment frauds in which an individual is offered an opportunity to market a particular product. However, the profit is gained not by the sale of a product but by the recruitment of others into the scheme."

"Under Section 65 of the Consumer Protection Act 2007, it is illegal to establish, operate, promote or knowingly take part in a pyramid promotional scheme. If convicted, an operator, promoter or participant in a pyramid scheme could be liable to a fine of up to €150,000 or up to five years’ imprisonment or both."

Oh dear...

Spongebobette · 05/11/2021 18:42

Wish we had a similar law here

Am I right in thinking that the generous Messiah kindly put something business related in his girlfriend's name?
