Best thread title ever, made me smile OP!

Palavah · 02/03/2021 13:07

Check the management fee and fund fee you're paying on the tiny persians. It's probably not worth paying those as well as the equivalent fees for your big persian.

Please MNHQ

Grin OP I think you might need to start another thread if you want to talk about your retirement options.

I'm only here for the kittens, but feel duty bound to tell you that you do realise they'll get bigger, but chances are they'll still want to squeeze themselves into the same pot.

I agree, the cat is out of the bag (pot) now for this thread.

I had an ex boyfriend who is Iranian but preferred to call himself Persian. He was a bit short but Ive never seen a pot big enough for him.

Bicnod · 02/03/2021 13:21

This has really tickled me, thank you OP Grin

GrumpyMiddleAgedWoman · 02/03/2021 13:24

I'm having visions of the Shah jammed into a jam jar...

VerityWibbleWobble · 02/03/2021 13:26

After hearing some shocking news this week, this has made me snigger.

Anyway I'd like to know the answer to the question pensions not Persians because I'm debating doing the same.

NoEffingWay · 02/03/2021 13:28

A fully grown persian kitten probably needs a decent sized pot Grin

Snowymcsnowsony · 02/03/2021 13:28

Will moggies in a box do?

Worth transferring tiny Persians into one pot?
Cactuslockdown · 02/03/2021 13:29

We really need to know more about the size of the pot OP...

picklemewalnuts · 02/03/2021 13:30

So disappointed about the tiny Persians.

Hoppinggreen · 02/03/2021 13:30

@Love51

Persian is only for cats. For people it's Iranian.
a lot of people describe themselves as Persian, especially in America I believe We have a Persian restaurant near us, I don’t think it’s staffed by cats
thinkfast · 02/03/2021 13:31

I was expecting a totally different kind of post Grin

CoastAlong · 02/03/2021 13:36

This made me smile too. Thanks OP!

I hope you get some sensible answers about your tiny Persians though, it's a good question.

PigletJohn · 02/03/2021 13:38

if it's not much money, it makes sense to transfer them to a low-cost provider with the prospect of some growth.

if you are not interested in managing them yourself, you would probably be OK with a (very) low cost tracker fund, or perhaps a UK and an International one.

Generally, actively-managed funds do not beat the index long term. Of the few that do, you won't know which they are going to be until it's too late.

longtompot · 02/03/2021 13:40

Don't you all know cats are in fact liquid. The size of the pot doesn't matter as they fit all vessels 😸

FinallyFluid · 02/03/2021 13:40

Where oh where is the OP, they need to know how much joy they have brought with a typo. Grin

ScarfaceCwaw · 02/03/2021 13:41

Also here for the very tiny kittens in a jar. This thread did not disappoint 😂 sorry OP.

I also see this as the first cousin to the "I've had twins and need a bigger cat" thread.

Snowymcsnowsony · 02/03/2021 13:46

Bit more dcat friendly than a pot..

Worth transferring tiny Persians into one pot?
ScarfaceCwaw · 02/03/2021 13:47

juuuuuuust leaving this here

DianaT1969 · 02/03/2021 13:49

Love the title! I couldn't decide if it was Persian cats you were decanting or miniature people from Iran.

MiddlesexGirl · 02/03/2021 13:50

@Love51

Persian is only for cats. For people it's Iranian.
Tell that to my Iranian friend who is proudly Persian.

But back on topic ..... I adore Persian cats and they would look exceptionally cute in one pot for a short time.

miltonj · 02/03/2021 13:50

My fiancé is Persian but he's not really that small sorry xx
