Farty Wankmitten would make a good name for someone playing a bot in a sitcom about MLMs. Grin

funkylittleboatrace · 15/10/2020 07:46

Farty Wankmitten 🤣🤣🤣🤣

acatcalledjohn · 15/10/2020 08:21

Hint: the American actor he shares a surname with isn't called Danny Wankmitten...

Grin

Huns on the Run.

Starring Farty Wankmitten.

Imagine the marquees.

CajunJustice · 15/10/2020 12:08

😂 Thank you! I'm really sorry if I'm being a bit thick but I can't work out his surname 🙈

Sforsh49 · 15/10/2020 12:10

Surname - you put them on your hands when it's cold with an "r" on the end

CajunJustice · 15/10/2020 13:03

Oh God I was being thick 🙈 Thank you!

BSintolerant · 15/10/2020 13:06

@acatcalledjohn Grin

@CajunJustice his name isn’t Farty Handwarmer or Farty Muffr either. Wink

fitgirl26 · 15/10/2020 13:24

Sleaze - if you want to create a professional looking website then learn how to spell the plural of hero.

And you're not a hero. You're a twat.

YouokHun · 15/10/2020 16:17

Aqueous....Sleaze is such a tit. I don't know how much water he contains but I should think he's mainly filled with hot air.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 16/10/2020 08:50

I think aqueous refers to his brain. The rest of him is full of shit.

Lovetoridemybicycle · 16/10/2020 10:08

I'm after your help and knowledge. I've been approached to join an on-line business group. It was a direct contact as they had a 'need for some-one local with my consultancy skills'. I said sure, thinking why not - potential for extra business. I haven't gone along yet and struggling to find reviews but I now suspect they have local people setting up groups and then selling business courses in the guise of local networking. Is this a new type of mlm? Its Integrus Global.
Any knowledge? I'm of a mind to log in once, but then decline to join. I can resist hard sell but this might be an honest enquiry.

Lovetoridemybicycle · 16/10/2020 10:25

Ah, it becomes clearer, I've just been invited as a visitor to a BNI chapter meeting, still a bit cloak and dagger and the person who invited me didn't mention it and I wont be joining the chapter! You guys are brilliant by the way, doing your best to inform on the pitfalls and downfalls of mlm!

acatcalledjohn · 16/10/2020 10:49

Integrus doesn't appear to be MLM, but it reads a bit like floaty mumbo jumbo with all their "thinking in colours" talk. I don't do fluffy chat though; direct approaches suit me more so perhaps I am being unfair.

I can imagine their methods suiting MLM, however.

spanfan · 16/10/2020 10:53

Yawn has been creating new adverts. Her attempt to bastardise the coca cola Xmas truck is truly hilarious. 😂😂😂😂😂

fromdownwest · 16/10/2020 10:54

@Lovetoridemybicycle - BNI is not an MLM, hoever, it only suits a particular type of person.

I for one did not get on with it, way too formal, I prefer a more modern approach to networking.

There are strict rules, and you have ot stand by certain requirments. One of which, is bringing a guest, or two internal referrals a week. This could be the reason for the message

Lovetoridemybicycle · 16/10/2020 11:05

Thank you, I think I'm too informal and sooo much not into fluffy chat too. Certainly not willing to pay for it! I'm also not into company expansion, I have a work to live attitude and enough word of mouth referrals for that. At least I know what I would be walking into now.
Thanks again and keep up the good work!

DownThePan · 16/10/2020 13:58

Our local BNI meet at 6am which has always put me off!! Plus it sounds really pushy

Gettingthrough2020 · 16/10/2020 18:03

Hi all, I hope this comment is allowed here. Just to let you know a petition has been posted on the MN petitions board, about MLMs.

Sforsh49 · 16/10/2020 20:22

There is absolutely no way that Sleaze's "friend" was "handcuffed and forcibly tested for Covid-19" by the Police. Absolutely no way at all!

BSintolerant · 16/10/2020 20:34

Hello @Gettingthrough2020 I can’t find the Petitions Board - it’s been a long day and I need brain implants. Please could you link the Petition here?

Gettingthrough2020 · 16/10/2020 20:36

We're not allowed to post links to petitions here.

BSintolerant · 16/10/2020 20:57

Okay, where do I find the petitions board?

Gettingthrough2020 · 16/10/2020 20:59

I've sent you a PM.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 16/10/2020 21:55

@Sforsh49 - surely all he had to do was shout "I do no aqueous!" and invoke his rights as a Free Born Englishman under Common Law, and the cops would have backed down, apologised and joined his Crypto Ponzi scheme crusade?
