Has anyone had their mortgage holiday approved?

Hi

I’ve just applied for the Coronavirus 3 month mortgage holiday with NatWest. Obviously being a Saturday, and how busy they will be, I won’t find out if I’ve been approved for a few days. I’ve never missed or been late with a payment, so I should be fine? Just wondering if anyone else has applied and been approved, or if not was declined and why?

Had letter saying it's been approved and states no payments will be taken in April May and June, then they will contact us to see how we'll start paying again. Took 10 days to get the letter.

Finally had word from HSBC. They called today and said it had been authorised, they just wanted to talk through the terms and conditions. Said a letter would be in the post, but 3 month holiday will May, June and July so first payment now will August (or rather August we will start again)
