Yes, thread 55 in a long series!
Thinking of joining an MLM? Forever Living? NuSkin? Younique? Valentus? One of the cryptocurrencies, weight loss coffees or travel agencies?
Read these threads first!
The vast majority of people who join an MLM actually LOSE money.
You don't have a business when you join an MLM, you are an unpaid rep.
On these threads you will find lots of examples of how 'uplines' lie to hook you in and keep you spending your own money.
You should also inform yourself by looking at

How else would you pay your mortgage off? Magic Beans?

Retiring her partner - a top Juice Plus cringe bot says she retired her husband, but in one live she said he faced redundancy. They struggle to keep up with their lies

RogueApostrophe · 28/11/2019 16:22

I suppose redundancy is a sort of retirement, just minus an income for life. Must be exhausting to lie constantly about how great life is when the reality is far from it. I couldn't imagine being able to keep that up for long. Also lying about how well you are doing to falsely lure in others to recoup the money you've lost is appalling behaviour. I do appreciate the brainwashing that goes on behind the scenes though.

It's a totally exploitative business model but the Bots seem to think it's sooooo great to be paying to attend rallies and workshops; and then the higher up bots speak at seminars but don't get paid for these sessions where they pass on the 'knowledge'.

And then all those daily/weekly training sessions the uplines offer. You'd expect to get a wage if you're putting in that much training for a company that you're flogging all their goods for only a tiny commission.

OhMyGodTheyKilledKenny · 28/11/2019 17:34

I'm not sure if anyone else still follows BBL but if you do....you know how she had more surgery recently for breast reduction and lipo? Did she also have "ab implants" of some sort?

It's just that post surgery there's no way you can achieve or maintain abs like that!!

GoldenKelpie · 28/11/2019 18:40

Rogue

"[Name removed] just paid her mortgage off in CASH"

I thought banks were hot on money laundering nowadays and would be asking for evidence about where the cash came from. I may be wrong though. Anyone have any knowledge about this?

RogueApostrophe · 28/11/2019 19:25

@GoldenKelpie Yes you'd have to produce a paper trail for where the cash came from. Also, TS don't pay in cash, so they'd pay into your account. It's unlikely the Bot withdrew that in cash and paid it to her mortgage company. And then there's also the issue of whether tax has been paid on those earnings. Presumably you'd have to show that has been paid if it's cash coming from your earnings.

It's all suspect and highly unlikely to have happened.

RogueApostrophe · 28/11/2019 19:38

Messiah said one of his disciples had done a million in retail sales over the last year. Then he said elsewhere that her team have done a million in retail sales. It's hard to know how many are in her team but she seems busy so it's likely to be in the hundreds. It's hard to know what level of compensation she'd receive from the team's sales but I suppose it could be a sum of money big enough to pay off a mortgage.

Whiterangey · 28/11/2019 20:00

Proplanners are on offer, again.

It's so late to be selling diaries. I have an academic diary and have had January appointments since September. If you haven't already got January appointments and you 'own your own business' then you aren't doing very well.

Gotmychocolateimgood · 28/11/2019 20:53

Big news today:

Nurse forgot to put the bin out.

Whiterangey · 28/11/2019 21:02

I'm shocked the BBC didn't pick up on that shocking news.

Whiterangey · 28/11/2019 21:07

Bloodsucker knew she was selling the boxes to those who can't afford it. I'm guessing some borrowed money they would never be able to pay back. I worry about what became of those people.

It's not right what she did and what she continues to do. I couldn't live with that on my conscience, she obviously doesn't have one.

BSintolerant · 28/11/2019 22:02

I expect Bloodsucker's bragging about it had quite a bit to do with it being a way to browbeat her hapless minions here about their lack of commitment if they were balking at the escalating out-of-pocket expenses involved in the amaaaazing opportunity...

Exactly @Twentytwentyhindsight - Bloodsucker’s just guilt tripping her downline and potential victims who are on the fence about signing up.

nakedavengeragain · 28/11/2019 22:04

@Gotmychocolateimgood attraction marketing innit? Keep them on tenterhooks about your latest exciting adventure! Fake it till you make it!! Show them your glamorous life!

Nurse: I forgot to put the bins out.

SnoogyWoo · 28/11/2019 22:28

If the FL starter pack is roughly 7 months average wages in Africa that would be about £17k for one here. Puts it into perspective.

nakedavengeragain · 28/11/2019 23:24

Nurse had more engagement on the bin post that she's ever had on Forever posts. A scroll though her business page shows that the lat time anyone commented (excluding her mum) was August. And even that was from another bot.

Imagine your friends being more interested in the movement of your rubbish bin than your business

SSDGM · 29/11/2019 00:49

I’ve been vegan for a little while. I’ve not been arsed to really tell anyone. Giving up animal products is easy. Nowadays, there are plenty of substitutes in every supermarket and you can still eat crap on a vegan diet. Oreos, for example, are vegan. Restaurants don’t bat an eyelid. I don’t see why it’s a big deal.

Someone needs to out the actions of Forever in Africa. Apart from losing a good friend To the aloe bullshit another reason I got involved in the anti MLM movement was the fact Aloe was being sold as a cure for AIDS and HIV.

MLMsuperfan · 29/11/2019 01:34

Do you have to be friends with Nurse to see the bin post?

nakedavengeragain · 29/11/2019 01:44

MLM if you can't see it then yes. All it says is she's in her Pyjamas and realised she forgotten to take the bins out so will have to do it in the morning. You aren't missing much!

Spongebobette · 29/11/2019 05:55

This poll Nurse did a while back says it all

I wish she’d come to her senses

All that stock she's trying to shift in her 'Christmas hampers' must have cost her a fortune.
Nurse, it's not working. Nobody wants to buy the stuff and nobody wants to be your downline. It will never work. Please stop!

nakedavengeragain · 29/11/2019 07:17

Spongebobette she had no responses because the option 'No - and I've got no interest in them' wasn't there.

MLMsuperfan · 29/11/2019 07:25

I'm glad Nurse's friends didn't make pity purchases. More women could be spared MLM hell if nobody encouraged them in the early days. Not that Nurse seems to be getting the hint.
