A big thank you to to @reddA for compiling the list below :) and thanks to @Otterses for all the hard work, keeping these threads going.

There aren't rules, as long as you've made some extra cash. So from eBay to remote jobs to saving money by switching your house insurance provider - it all counts.

Please don't discuss any clients on the thread or ask for extra information that may compromise Non Disclosure Agreements.

SNISR · 10/09/2019 16:49

Me 3!

SNISR · 10/09/2019 16:50

@Moremoneyplease yes Inari-c is a project on Appen.

KitKatCHA · 10/09/2019 16:56

Get a free £10 when joining Revolut using my link, I get a bonus too. You have to join, order a card and deposit £10 I think it is, then your bonus £10 shows up pretty much straightaway. You can then withdraw it all if you choose.

I use it to keep my eBay/survey etc money separate from my main account so it doesn't get swallowed up!

Wolfff · 10/09/2019 17:00

@wheelycote

Benefits in kind only apply to employment. With Appen you are effectively self employed. I think it depends on what you actually receive and what the value is.

Relationshipsajoke · 10/09/2019 17:07

@Moremoneyplease from what I can gather, neither of us earns the bonus until we have both got £5 through cash back, I think

0htooooodles · 10/09/2019 17:17

Crisp statements in 😁

justtheonethen · 10/09/2019 17:17

Woohoo statements 🥳
£900 which I'm very happy with as I didn't work for a week.
Got my shift log ins today so I'm hoping that makes it easier to hit my target.

0htooooodles · 10/09/2019 17:23

@justtheonethen woo! I'm jealous of your logins. I did enquire but they said they contact you to invite, and only if you're up to a certain standard 😞

WheelyCote · 10/09/2019 17:30

bloody nora, 16 out of 20 on the crisp. I passed this last time and its the same questions lol Ill have another go tomorrow.

WheelyCote · 10/09/2019 17:32

Spock can i ask you about Amur please. How are you putting it through. Im worried the income lump sum will be counted in for hmrc to tax rather than it being classed as expenses, especially because get to keep the freebies??

justtheonethen · 10/09/2019 17:36

@0htooooodles hope you get invited soon!

m00rfarm · 10/09/2019 17:40

@justtheonethen - how long have you been doing Crisp for?

WheelyCote · 10/09/2019 17:42

For those waiting on Appen. My advice would be to make sure you've signed up to Appen as an agent and not the other one. I wasted weeks on the other one.

and be hang in there....it took several weeks but i finally got a project through and this will be my second month of earning over £500 (after exchange rate) for around 2 hours a day ish x 5 days a week.

justtheonethen · 10/09/2019 17:44

@m00rfarm started in May. Got "invited" to get log ins end of July but they have taken ages.

SpockPaperScissorsLizardRock · 10/09/2019 17:44

Wheely i haven't even thought about it! I'm usually under the tax threshold anyway!

justtheonethen · 10/09/2019 17:46

Actually it was start of July, it's really taken them ages!

m00rfarm · 10/09/2019 17:49

@justtheonethen - how exciting! The inner sanctum Grin

moneysavingmama · 10/09/2019 17:54

If anyone is interested in switching banks to Nationwide - I have 5 recommend a friend codes which will get us £100 each 😊

justtheonethen · 10/09/2019 17:57

@m00rfarm GrinGrin

Moremoneyplease · 10/09/2019 18:04

@KitKatCHA I already have a Revolut card, otherwise I would have used your link! I've put my own referral link on my FB page...might get lots of 'unfollows' but worth a go 🤣

Moremoneyplease · 10/09/2019 18:06

Has anyone used Red WigWam for any jobs? There's a merchandiser role going near me for 15 hours. I think you can just sign up for a week so I'm thinking about trying it. £9.21 per hour so not great but worth a go??

KitKatCHA · 10/09/2019 18:13

Moremoneyplease worth a shot! Tbh I'm really impressed with it. I'm thinking of changing it to my main account, the features on it are much better than my high street bank who don't even have an app!

SNISR · 10/09/2019 18:26

@Moremoneyplease what is red wigwam?

Moremoneyplease · 10/09/2019 18:34

@SNISR I read about them on one of the earlier threads. They're a temp agency basically but have a few online jobs that come up as well as doing one off jobs like correcting a price label in a supermarket for a tenner. They have an app so you can keep an eye on any jobs coming up. Was a bit of a faff to go through the sign up process as they check your right to work status etc but I'm hoping I might get a few odd things from it! www.redwigwam.com
