@whatthewhatthewhat

It is really stressing me out to be honest, which I know isn't at all constructive and if anything is wasting more time Blush

I think my problem is that I'm trying to cram too much in, and do everything I was when was off for those few months! So I'm setting myself up to fail really.

I've downloaded some new apps on my phone, and I'm just going to try to maximise the hour and a half I have free when I'm waiting to start work/travel home. I need to sign up for some mystery shopping companies today too.

Hi again
I tried the crisp test again and scored lower.... Feeling quite stupid now. It is obviously not for me. Pp you mentioned apps you've downloaded. Would you be able to tell me what these are and how they work please? I've read the intro to this thread but don't know which are apps. Understand if you are too busy to help :)

whatthewhatthewhat · 09/08/2019 08:28

@Otterses can u get a laptop and do Crisp
on the move? Two hours a day during the week and you could drop everything else and give your self the weekends off (which, with a full time job you probably need!)

Otterses · 09/08/2019 08:37

@orangeicecream

Grin to be perfectly clear, I'm not endorsing any of these until I've cashed out successfully.

VYPR - you essentially it's tinder for food. You accumulate points, just buy saying yes/no to potentially buying it, then you cash out the points. Dead easy, takes a few seconds a day, I'd say it's a £5 a month potential.

RedWigWam is a bit random, it's mystery shopping and temp jobs. (While posting this I've just remembered that that bloody online only mystery shopping site exists! Must get on that) one poster on here even managed to secure a temp job as Asda on here just checking a display once a week.

Onto the new ones I'm trailing...

Microwork - it's premise is that you take photos of things to help train AI. It looks really simple. Downside is it pays in ETH, which is a type of cryptocurrency. Upside is, eth seems to hold its value quite well.

I've popped Job Spotter on there too, you take photos of job adverts you see out and about for Indeed.

Bemyeye/Mobeye are good if you're lucky to live in a city with active tasks! I don't seem to be Envy

The majority of survey sites have apps, so that's certainly worth checking.

Have you got mobilexpression running on your phone? That ones certainly worth it!

@whatthewhatthewhat

Grin my colleague had his laptop and phone snatched earlier this week in the station. I don't think I'll be taking my chances! The bruise on his head looked quite uncomfortable.

@whatthewhatthewhat statements should be anytime by weds. Hope it's today though!

Bemystarlord · 09/08/2019 08:41

@justtheonethen same bit for me! Have emailed them so hopefully it will get sorted soon as looks like a good one off earner 🤞

Otterses · 09/08/2019 08:46

I'm very sad no one wants my wee 😂

I might ask my mum to wee in pots for me. She fits the criteria Envy

Does anyone know if you usually find out your Appen Java test result immediately?

I took it a few days ago and it didn't say either way. In the status is says the basic qualification pack is being reviewed.

I'm down to only 3 projects left, so really want one to work out.

Otterses · 09/08/2019 08:48

Shock

@ChubRubTub

YES! THEY INSTANTLY TELL YOU YOU ARE A FAILURE!

This sounds like good news, fingers crossed for you.

OP posts:
Chocolatecakes · 09/08/2019 08:50

Hi

Can I join in please? I’m a sahm and could do with some money to save for Christmas. Is it really possible to earn money doing this??

ChubRubTub · 09/08/2019 09:14

Grin I won't get too excited!! I passed the two Wouri exams and still didn't get on it.

Do you ever hear back from projects where you pass the exam, but there's no need for people at the moment?

justtheonethen · 09/08/2019 09:19

@Chocolatecakes yep, I'm making around a grand a month Smile

FreedaDonkey · 09/08/2019 11:41

Anyone live near Corby and looking to buy a used car within the next year might be good for you if so.

app.testingtime.com/en/screener/lozGHwQw/r/SIUeOVVx

This is an hour product test in Corby and pays £100. Have to go on the 13/8 I think

seizethecuttlefish · 09/08/2019 11:42

Fingers crossed @ChubRubTub, I failed that! I've got 3 projects in progress too but nothing happening. I keep failing Pecwan Confused
I wish Crisp would come through. Cloudworkers is a lot of work for not much income. Doing loads of surveys though. That'll mount up soon. Applied for a few things. Slow but sure.

ChubRubTub · 09/08/2019 11:56

@seizethecuttlefish it's frustrating isn't it! How long have you been waiting on your Appen projects?

I failed Shasta today. It looked like a giant pain in the arse, so I shouldn't be too bothered - but I just want to start earning some money.

I don't have Pecwan on my list. Are you given unlimited times to take the test?

BlackCatFan · 09/08/2019 12:11

I wonder if we'll get our crisp statements today 🤔 I keep checking my emails...

whatthewhatthewhat · 09/08/2019 12:19

@BlackCatFan me too! Was literally stopping myself posting about this again! Lol

BlackCatFan · 09/08/2019 12:23

@whatthewhatthewhat I think it's the first 10 working days of the months so technically could be sometime next week... 🙁

bananamuffin99 · 09/08/2019 12:31

Those of you doing cloudworkers, how long after sending back the documentation did you wait to hear from them again? I sent mine back on Tuesday and not heard anything since Confused

seizethecuttlefish · 09/08/2019 12:41

@bananamuffin99 I'd chase them. I heard back quite quickly. They're desperate at the moment.
@ChubRubTub I don't even have that on my list. Are you on Global? I can't get anything on Global. I've been waiting a month, so thinking nothing will happen with the other projects. There's not much else coming up.
Applied to ModSquad, on waiting list and same at Crisp.

whatthewhatthewhat · 09/08/2019 12:41

@BlackCatFan lol - like everyone doesn't work weekends! 🤣🤣🤣

FloofenHoofen · 09/08/2019 12:55

Givealittlebit · 09/08/2019 12:58

Can any onexplain crisp and appen to me? I'm getting a bit lost!

Wolfff · 09/08/2019 13:00

Has anyone doing the isoftstone voice recording project managed to find a workaround for the WeChat security question in the app?
