The thread where network marketing / multilevel marketing goes local - not global.

Castle is claiming to be back to work this year after taking two years off. Opportunity to show off her 2017 cheque and of course explain why the bonuses have reduced since those heady days.

Nothing, of course, to do with a declining UK business or that FL is on a downward spiral.

BangingOn · 08/04/2019 14:24

One of her minions has commented that 2019 will be the best year yet, which Castles has deflected with “it will be for you babes”, knowing full well that her own best is long gone.

Twentytwentyhindsight · 08/04/2019 14:39

The "time off" excuses from the bots are just pathetic. Every single major bot has seen their cheque diminish over the last two years. This year it will be even worse.

They can spin it any way they want, FLP UK is a busted flush, and a new Product Centre will do diddly squat to prevent it disappearing down the plug hole. The corpse may continue to twitch for a little while longer, but it is beyond reviving.

Spongebobette · 08/04/2019 15:39

If you look at the team photos (yawn) you really notice the difference from a few years ago; new recruits used to look as though they had a few quid and presumably sunk money into their 'business', whereas now they don't look moneyed at all.
It really stands out to me.

Won't stop them rinsing as many as possible of the the poor buggers of £200 for the biznis in a box before it goes completely tits up.

Vultures, the lot of them.

9dartfinish2nd · 08/04/2019 16:47

@Ohmygoodness101

I could not agree more, all the signs of impending collapse are there and it is indeed very similar to the subprime loans debacle.

Some bots are going to lose everything but in this particular industry there will be no government bailout for them.

Bargain!

SnoogyWoo · 08/04/2019 18:05

Are Uber and Bloodsucker equals?

Norma27 · 08/04/2019 18:12

Go on @Norma27 ask for the link, you might learn something!

Norma27 · 08/04/2019 18:38

Ha ha sponge. I am so tempted sometimes.

Spongebobette · 08/04/2019 18:39

Gwan gwan gwan gwan

Whiterangey · 08/04/2019 19:39

Ask for the link. Although you would likely be the only one listening.

The panic must really be setting in. For the past couple of years they have likely been thinking that next year will be better. We are almost a third of the way through the year and things are worse than ever.

They have spent all the money they earned thinking the good times would last forever.

They must be sitting themselves

WoodenToyKitchen · 08/04/2019 20:57

It was this time last year ish that really piqued my interest in the anti mlm movement. The will she won't she regarding a cheque for yawn.

I've always hated the concept, especially how it's often presented in a feminist way. Despite the majority Utah Mormon links.

Last year's Global Rally and CB cheques (and accompanying shenanigans), and their coverage on this thread we're pure comedy gold.

Can't wait for this year's Stockholm syndrome!

Is Castle getting a cheque? Can you qualify at £5k and not get a cheque? She has not mentioned Stockholm at all and the only mention of a cheque has been her 2017 one and saying she hasn't been working for the past two years.

Usually not working is a bots way of excusing no cheque. Her siblings haven't qualified either and they have been working very hard.

I just can't imagine she hasn't got a cheque but signs are pointing that way. It would be funny if she hasn't, especially as her downline will be on tenterhooks on cheque night awaiting her turn on stage to get her cheque.

Meant part of each other’s down lines?

Twentytwentyhindsight · 09/04/2019 00:02

@SnoogyWoo - Dora will be the expert on this, but my understanding is that Uber's upline is her mum. She and Bloodsucker are 'old FLP' (prior to the social media explosion).
Uber rode that wave to overtake Bloodsucker in the boom years (something she never failed to mention on her profile), but the old guard was wily, and diversified into new markets, which cushioned the drop when things started going pear shaped in the UK.
Bloodsucker is now top dog again - we will have to wait to see what happens in Stockholm. I predict a further drop for both, but a greater one for Uber.
Does someone want to run a book on this?
